I came to get myself a sub, and never have I met a more disrespectful person in my life. She was yelling and arguing with customers with coworkers, everyone. How this lady brenda still has a job I don’t understand

Got 2 subs with cheese bread and spinach on both, bread was super hard and tasted old while the spinach had a sour taste to it, spent 20 dollars and couldn’t take but 2 bites out of both subs. Waste of time and money.

You need to re-train Brandy, if she's ever been trained AT ALL. Every time I have been, she has taken my usually okay sandwich and turned it into a pool of mayo and mustard, or starts my sandwich and puts enough meat on my sandwich to feed a mouse a snack.
Not only does she put obviously small amounts of meat (three slices of turkey on a 6 inch titan turkey and no extra cheese that it's supposed to come with), she goes from smoking cigarettes right outside the door to being inside by the food with unruly hair.
She made my sandwich and put three slices of turkey on a titan turkey when I paid for double meat. No extra cheese. I paid for 2 cheese rollups, and she somehow managed to stuff grilled chicken in there.
In the few minutes I was in the lobby, she went on a smoke break, came inside, scratched her hair near the food, and then went back outside again.
And this was on an online order. I'm looking at my recipt and it doesn't say grilled chicken anywhere? If your employees cannot read a simple order and make it, there is a problem. This is not how Subway has been in the past, and I'm left wondering where the managers are to at least watch her, because which how bad she keeps messing up, you can't do much to fix the sandwich.
Went in yesterday 2/26/25 bc was excited to hear about the chicken salad. I asked could I order a cup of chicken salad bc im doing low carb and was told no woth an attitude. I asked why not and was told chicken salad could not be put on a bowl. I don't understand if it's the same amount of scoops that would be put on bread? Makes no sense do better subway.

The subway in Darlington always delivers for me. Have been frequenting there because of the great deals on the app they’ve had a lot of recently. It’s subway quality which some may say isn’t the best but they deliver what they do very well.
