My husband went here today and everyone was standing around on their phone except for someone fixing food. The person fixing food asked the girl to help my husband. The girl is playing on her phone and asked my husband if he doesn't mind using the kiosk and if he needs help, she will help him. My husband said I do mind and left. You aren't working, why can't you just take his order. We do not work for Taco Bell and shouldn't have to use a kiosk. You have employees DOING NOTHING, but playing on their phones. DO BETTER!!

The food was cold., and paid 17 dollars. I went back to get it remake, and this time my cinnamon balls was Frozen. The cashier was very nice and polite. She apologized and told me she would have remake. Who ever was in back needs to be removed.

Don't bother ordering online my 5th time ordering online and 1 time it was ready, still waiting for an order that was placed 30 minutes ago, never again.

Update: so after going inside and complaining finally got my food after 40 minutes.... get home and find the Pico de Gallo I paid extra for is missing from my burrito and the guacamole I paid extra for is missing and has cheese instead.

Ordered the food through Uber Eats. I shaped chicken for beef, remove the red sauce and paid for extra rice. As you can see below, the food doesn't even cover the entire small bowl. It has red sauce on it. The rice is so hard and old your can hear drop back in the bowl when you pick some up. The beans are clumped together like paste and they must've put 3 shreds of lettuce on it. This was a complete rip off. I tried to eat but this food was not fresh at all! As a fast food chain, why would you even have this in the kitchen for employees to serve.
