Cold food
Bought a double cheeseburger and the beef was pink on the inside and the burger was cold .
I’ve given them so many chances but in the last year alone I’ve been 3 times now and never once have I gotten what I’ve ordered. And I order their nuggets and regular cheese burgers usually. The 2nd time I did ask for chili in the drive thru. The lady said they were out of it that night so that was fine. But then she had 4 or more cars including me pull up to a parking spot bc nothing was ready or course. And then the lady walked up to my window and said “you got the chili?” The man behind me in line ordered chili from the same girl and she sold it to him. But not me. My elementary aged children have gotten a clearly noticeable mixture of the spicy nuggets w regular nuggets. We only order regular non spicy nuggets though. It’s pathetic. Nobody smiles. They have attitudes immediately and honey you can forget getting your order read back to you or a receipt. And then whatever they didn’t give you (but probably charged you for the first time) you get to pay twice when you circle back to fix your order. They need to close and get a completely overhaul. Don’t bother PS yes the middle nugget came looking like someone already ate it. Lol
I have visited this Wendy's location 4 times this year, and each time I was greeted at the drive thru in a rushed/non-caring fashion and with a tone like they have no desire to be there. (Which I get it, but you can at least make a little effort!) On my last visit, after the woman handed me my receipt she sits down casually near the drink machine and starts vaping while waiting for the food to be brought up. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and if that is allowed a limit cannot be placed on the other activities that might be permitted particularly with the food prep. I will completely avoid this location in the future.
Dining room not open at 11:30 am. Crappy place. Saw us through the window, still wouldn’t unlock the door. We were traveling. WTH??
Someone come shut this place down. Every time we go here it takes almost an hour to get out food. This is absolutely ridiculous fire everyone immediately.
Food was cold cheese wasn't melted on our baconators. Bacon was burnt, worst Wendys I've ever had wouldn't recommend this to my dog. Went straight in the trash.

This is the WORST service I have ever seen in MY ENTIRE LIFE, the woman was incredibly rude and making commands at ME she told me that I couldn’t make two separate orders and when I asked why she said we’d just have to deal with it, and when we pulled up to the window she rolled her eyes and gave us the nastiest look for no reason, and I was being very kind and said thank you and everything to her and she never said anything. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, for reference I went around 11:45 on a Monday.
the food was fine, but the worst service I’ve ever seen, the employee was very rude for no reason, the person behind me literally honked the horn at the employee and drove off they were so mad at the worker, she had no business working there with that kind of attitude it’s completely unacceptable. For reference of the employee I was there around 11:30 on a Monday.

The worst Wendy's! Ordered 2 large chillies, no larges available, ordered a sweet tea, no sweet tea available. Had to ask for a straw - and asked for hot sauce for the chili at the window even though previously asked for at the drive thru; when asking the young lady gave a lot of attitude, like I was bothering her. Had to ask for a spoon for the frosty - more attitude. Coke tasted like it had Pepto mixed in it. Got home, burger was not prepared as asked. The owner of this Wendy's needs to do some serious 'house cleaning' of employees.

Erin, Gabbie, nae were soooo good to me and my daughter! When I tell you my baby accidentally put sweet and low on her baconator fries I was counting change to get her some fresh ones! But they took care of us with a smile and no judgment! Thank you so much for this experience! We appreciate your kindness!
