Ordered through the drive-thru. Ordered chicken tenders, which were grossly overcooked. The outside of them were dark brown and the chicken was as dry as the Sarah Desert! I had a coupon for $5 off my order of $20 or more but they started out saying it was only good for an order of $25. They finally read the coupon. We waited approximately 15 minutes for our food. It's a common theme for that Hardee's. I would suggest they take training at the Barnwell Hardee's. Best chicken strips ever there. Also they handed us our drinks without one of the lids attached. That was almost a disaster. I know they could do better with better and proper training.

I havent eaten from Hardee's in over a year. Today I did and I was truly impressed. The food was fresh and hot. I ordered a hot ham ans cheese on Frisco combo. The fries were on point!!! Not a crumb left. The Ham ans Cheese was hot ans the cheese was so gooey! The ham was packed to the gills. Friendly and courteous staff made my visit nice from beginning to end. Wish all Hardee's were like this.

Was pretty expensive and Chicken was super dry ,and old . It was a mess thrown together. Mobile ordered, yet it took over 20 mins for old ass chicken to be thrown down on buns and drenched in sauce it was everywhere and we were going to be charged for a cup of water after we walked to this location, pretty ridiculous People there care more about hanging out shooting the shit than their jobs .

The floor was clean and not sticky—something I always notice, especially after having worked in one of Hardee’s branches myself. It instantly told me that the staff here takes pride in their work and keeps the kitchen well-maintained. A clean front often reflects a clean kitchen, and that really stood out to me. Staff are polite as well and energetic which is a big plus.

The service here is seriously lacking.. Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, I smiled and told the lady my name. When she handed my order to me I smiled and said thank you, I said have a good night....and not ONE WORD. I was offended by her demeanor toward me. She looked at me blankly as she served me and did not say anything. It was the young lady with the blonde highlights.
