The older lady in there is soo rude and don’t know how to do her job my reciet said 2 bbq sauces and she only gave me one saying I had to pay for the other one and they took forever… also very unprofessional

I ordered 2 combos and a bundle. Was not given any ketchup or napkins and the woman at the window caught a whole attitude when I asked for some. Gave me 2 ketchup packs and 3 napkins the slammed window and walked off because I asked for a cup of water. I had to blow ans wave for another employee to come and give me 4 napkins and 4 ketchup. The customer service was just horrible. I will never understand why people be so mad and mean at jobs they apply for.

I just had the best service I have ever had at a McDonald’s any where. I was surprised it was here in Denmark, South Carolina. My food was ready before I finished paying for it. The person at the counter I think was the manager was so sweet and so cordial.Now this is how McDonald’s should be run

Typical McDonalds. Turnkey operation. Average service and food. No complaints.
So I went in and ordered breakfast. I had pancakes and sausage with a hashbrown. I ordered extra everything. However, when I received my food, I only had one syrup. I asked for another one and was told that I had to pay for it. I didn't have any cash and had to swipe my card for .42 crazy right. I was just looking at it from a customer service standpoint. Was it really going to hurt the company to let a syrup go? Instead, I had to swipe my card for it, and she even seemed a little irritated that I asked for another one. That's crazy to me!

It was the food and the manager that has been there for 30 years. The food was great and the manager ask us how was our food, she was very friendly and concerned if we were happy with everything. Great store with this manager, I forgot her name , she was on night shift. Great all around.

What a terrible experience we had here. I ordered a lemonade and they gave me an empty cup so I assumed it was in the self pour section. There wasn’t any lemonade and I didn’t want to complain so I continued to get a sweet tea instead and sat down at my table. Later, the cashier came and brought me a lemonade that I had ordered. We finished our meals and as we walked out the door, they stopped us to pay for the other cup that they had originally given us. We asked for a manager and with ear pods in his ears and no eye contact he said that we had to pay for the other cup since they brought us the lemonade….. even though they are the ones who gave us the cup in the first place. The customer service and logic behind the whole issue was horrific and we will never return back to McDonalds.
