I was there during the SC state fair, I made an order, and I had to change a couple things here and there, and the young lady who served me was extremely patient with me and kind! I also had forgotten a couple things and she was still very patient, I did not catch her name ( I'm sure she had a tag on ) I was too busy trying to juggle my order and she was so helpful!!! Thank you to this wonderful young lady...she might remember me, I was the one profusely apologizing for my tall order

This place is a joke... The emolyesss attitude including the assistant manager that was working on Wednesday October 9 ,2024 ... At 7:00 pm est.... I'm go5tanna do all I can to see that the cooperate offiice is aware of the unp they need to pay this store a visit asap!!!!!

I heard alot about Bojangles. I wasn't impressed. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't worth me going back either. The service was good. The Mac and cheese was the highlight of the meal. The coleslaw wasn't tasty at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if there is a Popeyes, KFC, or Zaxby's in the area.

I complained in July about this establishment.....I'm home with Covid and my cousin stopped by this location to grab me some food. I was on the phone when the order was places and he clearly told her the #13 with legs...no thighs...she repeated it back to him. He didn't check the order bc she didn't put the food in a bag and she was about to forget the 4 packs of honey that he asked for too. When the food got to me it contained 1 leg and 2 thighs!!! I do not eat thighs and can't eat them bc they don't agree with my stomach. I called the Regional who is on vacation and informed him of the situation.....at least the last time he told me to let him know when I would be in town....smh...I have wasted too much money with this Bojangles in Dillon and no one is doing anything to rectify the situations....this is truly sad. Especially since I don't live in Dillon.

This Bojangles had the slowest service ever!! I had to repeat my order three times to the girl taking my order. It was only a chicken sandwich and tea. How difficult is this. She asked me three times what I said?? They need trained staff.
Very rude and lazy employees. That was my experience

This is a nice looking restaurant from the outside That's the only good thing I have to say They close at 10. 9 pm they have no French fries or so they said Chicken burnt. Or old. Or both Started cleaning tables next to where we were sitting and eating and the chemical smell was overpowering. And I said the chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and still gave me one just with pickles

I just stood inside for 10 minutes and nobody even came to the counter. The drive through had 1 vehicle and nobody inside the lobby. What a joke. I'll never waste my time here!!!
