this location has the rudest workers. my family and i ordered our burgers and asked if they were meals, the workers then told us we didn’t order “trays” with a rude attitude when we are not from this area and are not aware of the combos for this franchise… also got the wrong burger for my order and were given no straws or napkins for our drinks and food. terrible customer service

Ice cold AC. Friendly service and really good food for the price. I ordered the double cheeseburgers with some add ons, the walking taco, fries and heath milk shake for a whopping total of $10.55, I mean that was one hell of a meal for the price. Lots of value and amazing food. Also, it's right by a Tesla large amount of Tesla chargers.

Poor customer service, who ever is taking orders at the drive thru, PLEASE, take a customer service class and talk to people without rudely rushing them. I get people have bad days but leave it at the door and be professional. Worst experience ever. Lines are backed up, it is horrible.

The level of them understanding English us challenging.
The food was terrible. Staff seemed uninterested to serve. I ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap was twice as big as the chicken which was more like a chicken nugget. It was just terrible. You can get better food from a 711. Will not go back to a Cook Out.

I went through the outside line of cookout and for one the person who was taking our order is Yeraldi she kept interrupting us every two words saying that she couldn’t hear us and we were wondering, like I wonder why she can’t hear us. We didn’t have a problem with it. At first we pulled up to the window. She blindly was handing stuff to us and was too busy talking to her little friends that was standing right beside her and when I asked her to put Cajun seasoning on my fries, she did not it eventually got to the point to where we had to no joke say can you please pay attention she almost dropped our stuff. We got nothing but attitude from her and I’m still on my fries.
