This is not to take away from anyone's negative experience, but I always have a positive experience when I eat here. I barely eat out but the food has always been fresh and the customer service has always been pleasant, so far. I think the standard at Cook Out is food freshly made to order, which I can respect. I definitely wanted to leave this 5-star review because I think it's just as important for me to leave reviews about my positive experiences as it is to leave reviews about my negative experiences. Keep up the good work Cook Out!

this location has the rudest workers. my family and i ordered our burgers and asked if they were meals, the workers then told us we didn’t order “trays” with a rude attitude when we are not from this area and are not aware of the combos for this franchise… also got the wrong burger for my order and were given no straws or napkins for our drinks and food. terrible customer service

I ordered the double cheeseburgers with some add ons, the walking taco, fries and heath milk shake for a whopping total of $10.55, I mean that was one hell of a meal for the price. Lots of value and amazing food. Also, it's right by a Tesla large amount of Tesla chargers.

Poor customer service, who ever is taking orders at the drive thru, PLEASE, take a customer service class and talk to people without rudely rushing them. I get people have bad days but leave it at the door and be professional. Worst experience ever. Lines are backed up, it is horrible.
