If your order is messed up and you call back up there and they put you on hold best believe they ain't coming back to the phone. Pizza under cooked bacon BBQ chicken was burnt really bad.

I have eaten here for years. I never complain. There’s hardly ever been staff in here, but they’re always friendly. My food is messed up often but it’s usually eatable. I drove 20 minutes home last Friday. My son really wanted pizza. Mine was past burnt. I contacted customer service online and nothing was done! I couldn’t even eat it. I will not be eating at dominos again.

Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow negative stars. Spent more than $250 on food for a post-funeral gathering, and the delivery driver drove straight past the house to make other deliveries. Long past the estimated delivery time. And no one will answer the phone at this incredibly poorly run store. Spend your money elsewhere.

Order said it was delivered to us, and it wasn’t. Ran to the store to see what the heck was going on and they said their tracker isn’t accurate which I’m not sure if I believed. My salad looked very sad lettuce was barely ok at best.

Ordered a pizza and it took over 2 hours to get to us, so of course it was cold and nasty by the time it reached us. (We live 4 miles from the store) Called and asked for a refund and the night time manager was as rude as she could be but said she would refund me. I called up there twice over the next week because my money still hadn't been refunded and the nighttime manager (same female manager I've been dealing with) put me on hold for over 30 minutes both times before I just hung up. I ended up having to call corporate to get refunded because come to find out she hadn't even put in for a refund for me! It took almost 2 weeks to get my money back! I've waited tables for 18 years and never in my life have I dealt with such horrible customer service. I definitely will never be back.
