Had a workers kid just running around came up and hugged me jumped all round me i understand not have kid care or something but it was ridiculous at this point people are friendly and foods good but have ya kid sit down and learn personal space or something

Ordered on the App and it kept sending me an error message so I figured it was messed up. Ended up just eating at home. The next day I saw on my credit account online that the order has in fact gone through. I called the store and was told the order was still on the pick up stand(a whole day later) I explained what happened and the manager couldn’t care less. Last $18 they will get from us!

Ordered here twice, both times waited more than 30 minutes for food. Drink machine wasn’t mixing correctly, bathrooms are filthy. Staff is rude on top of that, they won’t take orders at the order counter, and expect you to know they only take inside orders at the pickup counter

Pitiful excuse of customer service, execution of sandwiches was terrible. Toilet wouldn’t flush and was disgusting. Had my wife not of paid for the food before I got out from using the bathroom, I would have walked out. Employees could care less of anything other than their hairpiece. Not hairnets. Obvious lack of management.

We ordered using the app and when we go there were told there was no order. We had to wait till a manager got there. Show them our order confirmation and on our banking app that the money was taken out. They then made the order. However we waited like 25-30 min after arriving. (After waiting the 25 min the app said the order would r Take) Just order in person. The guy working was really nice about it. My husband liked his sandwich, mine was ok.

Not fair to the staff. People were waiting over 45 mins to get their food and we asked for a refund after 20 mins. Only one person doing the sandwiches and one at cash. Totally awful and just setting employees and owner up for failure.

We stopped by for lunch, the restaurant was so clean. We ordered soup and 2 sandwiches to go. The food was delicious. Alisha and Ronald were both so nice and very helpful. They did a great job making the sandwiches.

My husband decides to give firehouse a shot even though neither of us are actual fans. We ordered 2 hook and ladder salads, one with ranch the other with honey mustard. The person working drive through couldn't tell me dressings they offered aside from ranch and when I asked if they had any type of vinegar based dressings her response was, "umm what's that??". I told her nevermind, ranch and honey mustard would do. Initially when we got to the window, I was passed a sub, they figured it out as I was waiting to tell them. We get the salads and I had my husband check the food. There was only one meat on the salad vs the 2 in the description. I took it back and the lady that handed it to me, met me to ask if something was wrong. I expressed that there was no ham on either, so she asked me if it was suppose to be.. a young lady behind the counter says, " People really be thinking that the sub and salad are made exactly the same." I was sure to tell her that unless there's a misprint on their menu, it definitely says HAM AND TURKEY! They added the ham.. I found out once we left that there was no honey mustard in bag and we also figured out we had chicken and ham instead of what should've been there..

Stopped in off interstate 95 and saw a firehouse subs. While it was almost closing time on 7/14/24 @ 9:26pm, I took a chance and glad I did. Jakayla did an awesome job. My sub was made to perfection. No mistakes and was great, and for some reason was better than the ones I get back home! Thank you, Jakayla!
