Not sure why this restaurant isn't busier. Very good sandwiches. Appreciated the employees making the sandwiches as ordered. Friendly and quick service. Didn't have to wait long for our food. Will be back.

4:00 p.m. five employees there and one came in. All not doing much except for the one person that made our sub . There was no drive-thru business and we were the only customers while we were there. The tables were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and garbage overflowing the floor needed to be swept. Maybe during downtime things can be scrubbed and refreshed.

Horrible service! I love Firehouse Subs and stop at one every chance I get. We waited for over 5 minutes and no one showed up at the register, not even to tell us they are busy, they weren't. There were 2 other customers waiting with us, we all left without the food. I met one customer leaving empty handed when walking in, so I am guessing 4 customers lost. The car at the drive through window was waiting for over 12 minutes, I could see the screen with service times. After we left, I stopped at the gas station. That car was still there when I was done, so probably more than 15 minutes wait at the drive through!!! No other customers!

Dine in. Food was excellent but no pickles were available. All tables were dirty with crumbs and sticky spots from drinks. Floors were also dirty and sticky. Trash cans were completely full. No paper towels in men’s restroom. Website listed on receipt to leave a review was not accessible. If you only use drive thru it will be more enjoyable.

Came through the drive through which took forever . They said it would be 5-10 minutes for any order… so we said ok. They said they could not take our order for another 10 minutes.

TRASH. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Windows time is very slow. Waited 15 mins for our food and we were the only one in line. The food was amazing 👏 . They kept forgetting items that we ordered and had to keep coming back to the window. But all in all I'm going back!!!! Maybe someone was training or something. Idc 😏 try the roast beef with the gravy sauce....omggggg 😋

Cashier was not very pleasant. Ordered our meal and was asked if we wanted to make one of the meals a combo with fries. Said yes, got a bottled water as the drink. Husband went to pick up sandwiches, we didn't get the fries because she didn't ring up one meal a combo. Bottled water was approx. 2.60. Got our sandwiches and it looked like they were thrown together. We were at the restaurant at around 2:20. There might have been 2 other cars there that weren't employees vehicles. Already made a note never to stop there again.
