Instantly greeted with a smile and laughter. Everyone was super sweet and engaging. Made me feel like I was a regular even though I was just passing through. Very good team dynamic.

Too Much
Horrible service, disgusting dining room and bathroom. Employees are rude, disrespectful, and only there to joke around with each other. I've tried to give this place a chance, because I had ONE good experience with a red-headed girl that actually seemed to be there to work. But, after the last TWO horribly wrong orders and bad attitudes, I'm done. There's not a decent employee in the building.

There was a friendly young man who had helped me before, so I was excited because it was my mother’s first time and he made delicious sandwiches for me in the past. Just as he was completing another order, a very tall man appeared and asked who was next. I gave my order for three giant sandwiches and this employee sliced one layer of meat. This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had at Jersey Mike’s. For $60, I received three bread and lettuce sandwiches with very little meat, despite paying $3 for extra meat. I hate the think that race was a factor; although it certainly felt that way.

1st time coming here, even though the staff was nice they weren’t very welcoming I felt rushed and wasn’t very happy, my parents and I voiced this was out first time. I’m used to being helped and greeted “oh welcome it’s your first time a pleasure to have you here let me help get you started with some of our items on the menu…”I have worked in customer service for 18 years I am disappointed with how this first experience was. Aside from that The Jersey Shore Favorite was delicious and fresh tasting. So Thanks Mike and I do appreciate you guys for doing your job but a welcoming would of been a lot more inviting.

I love Jersey Mike's. This might be the worst I've been to. I order my sandwich then went to wash my hands. Walked out and one of the ladies had put all the meat and cheese on the sandwich. Then I preceeded to watch another customer order after me to get his order. Mine was still waiting there. The manager I presume told the other lady there what to do. Mike's way. Then I watched her literally dance. Yet my sandwich still was waiting to be completed. She looked at me. Nothing. I'm not one to cause a scene. The worst experience. Stay away. There are better Jersey Mike's out there.

I ordered the Mike’s famous Philly. The lady that took my order literally rolled her eyes at me but I was still content and nice because it was near closing. I assumed she was tired. Back to my order, they made my sub it was hot and looked good I asked for green peppers and I assumed they’d cook it with the sub meat. I also wanted lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, oil, vinegar, seasoning, mayo and honey mustard. None of that was put on my sub the lady assured me they put it all on in the back. I paid walked out looked at my sub in the car nothing was on there. I went back in they offered to put the other toppings on. At that point I just wanted a refund.

My family and I didn't like it. Friend likes it, but we didn't. Ordered a sub with extra meat and paid the extra cost, the other sub was just the same when we got home. Also ordered the same thing in the form of a bowl and it was nothing but lettuce which wasn't mentioned anywhere about being in it. Simply the food wasn't worth the cost. I'm giving more than 1 star because I know people who like it, the staff was nice, and the store was clean.

Jersey Mikes in Dillon, SC, is very good! The food is great! The service is wonderful!!! Gracie Jones who works there is absolutely amazing! She answered every question we had with patience and was all around a great person! The other workers were great too! Food was delicious as well!
