Every time I have ever come here there has been a problem. They never get your order right. You will always find yourself coming back and trying to get it right. They will have you wait and forget about you. It’s ridiculous. Beyond blown away with their staffs lack of care and lack of competence.

We pulled up to the drive thru 30 minutes before closing time and the automated recording told us to order whenever we were ready. We proceeded to place our order and after we placed it the employee turned the lights off then said that they were closed. That is very poor customer service to wait until after we place an order to to tell us that they are closed when they still had 30 minutes left. We only ordered 2 nashville hot chicken tender combos. I am very disappointed!

Will not be going back again food way over priced sent my husband to pick our family up some food used a coupon 18.99 for a 8 piece and 2 sides and 4 biscuits and they over charged us 28.99 for a 8 piece only taking 2.00 dollars off for the coupon when it was supposed to be 18.99 and we were missing food in our bag and when my husband stated this at the drive threw it wasn’t fixed had to go back up there to get my money back that was owed and the food wasn’t that good not for the amount we paid

I went inside and ordered a mac and cheese bowl and the girl at the counter who seem to be fairly new told me that we do not have them we only have the famous bowl and had a very Snappy attitude I told her I get them from there all the time and she said we have a famous bowl do you want that to me twice with a very Snappy and hateful attitude I asked her to ask whoever is the manager on duty and she called him over there and he said yes we do have that and showed her how to ring it up the biggest problem I have was her Snappy know-it-all attitude and I told her it would have been very nice if she wouldn't have had the terrible attitude she had she needs to learn she does not know everything and that she can be wrong and show a little humility instead of a Snappy know-it-all attitude

Oh my gosh!! I love the new crispy hot wings and the chicken nuggets are to die for!! It's actually real chicken and taste so darn good!! They just had a deal for 5 nuggets for 3.49. Can't beat that!!
