Me and my grandfather went there just a few minutes ago, they got our order wrong, made us wait, and a number of times we've gone there they always either mess it up or don't give us something. The workers also have a snappy attitude.

I go to this McDonald's everyday and get 2 frappes. I can't get is why some employees don't let the ice grind all the way and when I give it back bcz ice keeps getting stuck in the straw when trying to drink it they get mad. This usually only happens on the night shift at drive thru. Another thing is why has the free frappe for 4500 points on the McDonald's rewards app been took off? Is it gone for good now?

When I ordered my food one of my fries was raw and I ordered 3 fries and only got one and waited ten mins just for 4 my chickens and 3 fries and the line was backed up

Went to drive thru this morning10/14..cashier asked for our order and since we changed our minds on what we wanted..you can hear her sucking her teeth..if she doesn’t want to work..do like everybody else and quit or find something she likes to do..been a restaurant manager for over 13 years and this is unacceptable..won’t spend not one cent

I went thru the drive thru today and why I ordered 3 5 dollar meals and asked for them to be bagged separately and they gave me bags to do so which is unsanitary when your picking up food for other people.i explained to the young lady why once again she took the bag and bags back to complete my request and the manager did not comply and sent my bag of food with extra bags for me to bag it my self that’s just wrong.i shouldn’t have to order 3 separate times to receive 3 bags of food. Make it make sense!

The bun was stale I'm not sure there was any beef in the hamburger at all I ordered a large fry there were about 10 decent size fries in it the rest of would just pieces
