I go to this McDonald's everyday and get 2 frappes. I can't get is why some employees don't let the ice grind all the way and when I give it back bcz ice keeps getting stuck in the straw when trying to drink it they get mad. This usually only happens on the night shift at drive thru. Another thing is why has the free frappe for 4500 points on the McDonald's rewards app been took off? Is it gone for good now?
I went thru the drive thru today and why I ordered 3 5 dollar meals and asked for them to be bagged separately and they gave me bags to do so which is unsanitary when your picking up food for other people.i explained to the young lady why once again she took the bag and bags back to complete my request and the manager did not comply and sent my bag of food with extra bags for me to bag it my self that’s just wrong.i shouldn’t have to order 3 separate times to receive 3 bags...
I have never been to a nicer McDonald’s! We are traveling and stopped in for a bit. Food was delicious, the establishment was clean (even the bathrooms!!) and they brought our food to the table with a smile and even grabbed us ketchup! Joanie was the sweetest and the most helpful!
