A lot of the employees are rude. No customer service skills or how to speak to a customer. Careless attitudes. Only found a couple truly helpful. No name tags so you can't tell who's not doing their jobs or compliment those who deserve it. No bathrooms for customers. Take out only. Not a restaurant. No lunch buffet.

I went here Sunday morning and the lady at the window was very kind. She gave me the food very fast and she gave me the right amount of change. She told me to have a nice day and then the food was still hot and it tasted very delightful. I highly recommend this place. And the manager was also very kind.

I went there on Sunday morning, and the young lady at the windows was very kind to me. She gave me my order with no hesitation and knew what she was doing. And after she gave me my food she said have a nice day. She also gave me the correct amount of change back.

Place an order over phone the lady got my phone number and I told her what I wanted. I ask about 20oz Pepsi she put me on hold I stay on phone 12 minutes she never responds back. So I went to the Dillion S.C. location. They had no order for me . I LIVE IN ROWLAND NC . I drive 15 miles one way for no order.
Had the pleasure of speaking with the incredibly sweet manager, Cara. She responded promptly to an ongoing issue I've had since April & pointed me to her email address should I or any other customers have any issues with the quality of our food. It's rare that you find a manager who is understanding, tactful, & actually cares about customers. I will be returning here to order pizza in the future and I encourage anyone else who is reading this to contact her as well should you have any issues. Her contact info is on the register. Trust me, she will make sure you are satisfied with your order. Thanks again, Cara & also to the sweet young woman who was working with you today as well! What a positive way to represent Pizza Hut!
