Favorite side since I was a kid has been red beans and rice. I don’t know why this location cannot give a decent-tasting serving of it. Both times I have tried it, it was watery and tasted a bit foul, like it was old. Please fix this.

They had no drinks except water, SMH! Had 2 piece, 2 legs & fries. Chicken was good & very hot but the fries tasted old & cold. Prices are ridiculously

Popeyes corporate send help, this place needs rescued. Service was lack luster, food was blah, place was dirty, however the biggest problem was that they simply didn’t have anything. It would be easier to say what they had on hand then what they didn’t, asked for coleslaw- no coleslaw, asked for ketchup - no ketchup, drink machine only had two drink options out of the 8 or 9 available, lady had to give me ice from behind the counter because the one in the dining area didn’t work. Had to wait 7 minutes for a classic chicken sandwich, no special order just plain ole #1. This makes me believe this is a management issue. Obviously lack of inventory control is a whole another issue. Cleanliness is a laziness problem. Love me some Popeyes, but if my name was on this building I would shut this place down until these problems were corrected, the staff was better trained and management was provided a coaching opportunity.

Typically, when I see a Popeye's with under four star rating, I assume it's the service. They tend to get a lot of pushback about unpleasant employees. That was not the case at this location. I ordered online for drive-thru pickup and the lady at the window was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I asked for extra pickles and instead got zero pickles. Also, no napkins. Very inconvenient when picking up at drive-thru in order to get back on the highway. My advice, check your bag and your order to make sure it's right. Overall, the food tastes delicious, (minus the lack of pickles)

We didn’t even get our food. We stopped at the Tesla super charger and felt bad to just use the bathroom so we ordered some dessert biscuits. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. The tables and floor were DISGUSTING. They told us it would be 4 minutes and after waiting 15 and our car being charged we decided to just get a refund. The manager seemed inconvenienced that we asked for the refund. Staffing was adequate so I’m not sure what was going on….

The food here is always good but the customer service is terrible. This is the second time I have been to this establishment and gotten bad customer service . The girl who took my order was sweet n welcoming, but all that changed as soon as I got to the window . It was definitely not the same girl. The girl at the window never spoke, smiled, said thank you or anything else to me . As she was handing me my food she was loudly telling her coworker that he /she was pissing her off . That’s the only time I heard her speak at all. Yes I am grown but as a person who has n does work with this public that to me was very unprofessional. I think that establishment and the workers there may need to be checked in on more often.

Rude. Quick to charge only to make you PARK YOUR CAR and told to MOVE from the window and WAIT ..left without food.
I'll be back on the 12th of June. Maybe the food will be ready then.

Very unprofessional standing there laughing and joking with each other and cussing but are in no hurry to get your food. I see this is an ongoing issue with other customers as well. Girl with the blue hair just stands around and moves like a snail.
