i was here 3 days ago in the drive thru. not from dillon but had an apportionment. took forever in the drive thru. 1 girl was on her phone not even making a drink. 1 girl made 2 drinks for us. the drinks weren’t mixed good enough. still had chunks in it.

They made a shaken espresso without milk, didn’t say anything about being out of the syrup for the second drink while we were standing there for several minutes—dude said “it’s early”. Yeah…and training needs to be repeated. The manager was there and didn’t say anything. I suspect multiple people got the wrong order here before. Corporate needs to visit and check this joint out.

I had an online order, while I waited I watched the barista as she coughed into both of her hands multiple times as she was making my coffee. Now, I can understand if someone has a cough, but it is unhygienic to cough in your hands and touch everything after coughing in your hands and not washing your hands after. It is winter, it is flu season, it is common knowledge to cough or sneeze in your elbow or shirt so as not to spread germs or illness. I will not be coming back to this location, nor will I be recommending this location to anyone.

I love going here. A guy named Jonah is always there when I come in. He’s so cool. Everytime he makes my drink he is sure to check that it’s perfect. I really appreciate a smiling face and such personal touches.
I ordered a specialized venti drink & a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was AMAZING, but my drink not so much! It was horrible! It was very watery as if it had been sitting for awhile, now the line was long but a remake would've been nice. Amber was friendly, but I don't think she's the one that made the horrible drink.
