They pump up Friday night for non-existent karaoke. They only had one server and a lacking in personality owner/cook/drink maker. Server Mel did the best she could despite her youth and multi job limitations. Bar desperately needs a bartender. Minimally a knife should be provided for broccolini and lamb chops, as well as fresh silverware for desserts. The overall hospitality was missing a few beats. Prime location. Very tasty punch and cocktails. Food presentation needs work. Lobster bites were good but they should automatically come with a sauce. Nix the coleslaw. Collards were a real treat, but sides come in bite size portions. Jerk tacos were okay but somehow missing a beat. They weren't visually appealing. Ambiance was spectacular. Loved the jazz. They lost track of time and changed music to a club vibe that wasn't appropriate or nearly as enjoyable. Best to decide clientele aiming for and stay consistent.

Service was good. The dining area is nicely decorated. Music was too loud for our liking, we had trouble hearing each other at the table. Food is mediocre at best. Menu items are way over priced for the quantity and quality that you get. Better off eating at the fast food restaurants in the area.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time with my family and we had a great experience. The food and the atmosphere were both amazing. The music was gentle and relaxing, which really added to the vibe.
We all ordered different meals, but the pictures posted here are from my plate after I had already finished the tasty and flavorful collard greens. My family enjoyed their meals so much that by the time we thought about taking pictures, there wasn’t much left to photograph.
My dish took a little longer than the others at our table because the chicken wings were fried fresh when I ordered them, which I definitely appreciated. Fresh food is always worth the wait.
Their sweet tea is a little different. It’s not bad at all, just slightly herbal in my opinion.
If you like capturing your restaurant experiences like we do, ask them about their picture area. They even have a ceiling swing set up for photos, which was a really fun touch.
Thank you to the staff and the owner for a great experience.

I ordered the Lamb chop meal which includes broccoli and mashed potatoes. You get to choose two sides I chose the macaroni and cheese and chili cheese fries however I was very disappointed it did not look or taste worth $52 the lamb chops were very tough I understand that might be expensive me and they have to get their money worth but it's totally was not $52 kind of very disappointed when I ordered it I had to come back to get my mashed potatoes and broccoli because they forgot it they fixed the problem but then they took away my mac and cheese I'm sitting here right now looking for my macaroni and cheese 🤦🏽♀️ the mashed potatoes is like part of the main course of the meal but it's put inside the corner pocket of the carryout plate is very small like a side dish the chili cheese fries is a side and it's all as well this meal look like it will fill up my 10 year old I wish I can take a picture I'll probably just post a picture on Facebook off my plate

Very nice set up, friendly atmosphere, good food, clean with nice decor. Erica and Sandra were awesome and it wasn't too busy, which I did arrived around 3:00 p.m.
The food was exceptional, I tried the lamb chops for the first time ever here. As soon as I walked in I knew that my first time trying it would be a good experience here.
I'm overall satisfied with my visit, I recommend it, and definitely would try it again.
It's hidden in the back and kind of on the side of the plaza building, NOT in the front by the road.
It's located beside the smoke shop. Thanks y'all and Yahuah bless you all 🫶🏼

A hidden gem! We stopped in for lunch on our way up north and were very impressed. Had the Bob Marley burger and Salmon Bites, both were great! Service was excellent and everyone was friendly.

The berry salad is delicious!! I got there right before closing, and they were kind enough to keep the kitchen open so I could get takeout. So considerate 💕 the decor and vibes are also on point 👏

avoid all the nearby chain, restaurants, and come for some real food
we had the jerk chicken tacos, and the beef stew with cornbread and they were just perfect
Great Spice on the jerk chicken
Tasty tasty collard greens
Macaroni and cheese that was just perfect not too cheesy
And this place is immaculate and friendly
It is behind the waffle house and easy to miss
The front of the place isn’t fancy but walk in and you will get the warmest welcome and the best food
Our server, Erica was just perfect. Friendly, helpful, and professional.
It is REAL home cooking .
and did I say just for emphasis that this place is immaculate .

Hidden treasure with ambiance that you least expect. The blackened salmon bites were juicy with the perfect amount of glaze. The steak, lobster and mashed potatoes were mouth watering. The quantity and quality of food was abundant and well worth the price (which was less than I thought it would be). The waitress had 3 tables and an additional large party. She never let our drinks get low. Every customer in this small place were either laughing or enjoying the company of their partner. No one was in the phones. Again, this place is a hidden gem with delectable food. Side note: we are here for The Bash at Dillon Motor Speedway and are in jeans and hoodies but you could certainly dress in any manner for this dining experience and feel comfortable. We are an electrical contractor from NC and love good food. I love having special time with my husband. 🥰

This restaurant is simply wonderful. Delicious food.....crab cakes, marinated chicken, lobster bites, shrimp & grits and much more. The interior is beautiful and service is excellent. Erica was my waitress and she was great. Stop and eat here. You won't regret it.

Food was good, service was great. We didn't enjoy the music in there, and the AC was too cold for our comfort. Pricing was fair. A good pit stop off I95.
