Abnormally poor food even for Taco Bell. Slow roasted chicken was dry and rubbery. Cantina taco has no cheese on one.

Unfortunately with four people working it took 15 minutes to get two cups of tea. No customers in the store, we ordered and paid on the kiosk and not one person walked to the counter to deliver two cups for 15 minutes. When I finally made eye contact with one of the four back in the ready line a fella came up and got our tea for us. He was polite, but no one was watching the front.

Been standing at the register for over 15 mins. Not one person has acknowledged me. All seem to be minding their business in the back and don't care to notice the lobby full of customers they have standing around. I would have walked out already if I had not already paid for my order online. Poorly managed operation.
