All this butter on my croissant is weird & ignorant..why would somebody do this!

Took awhile to place our order. They were out of ranch dressing so my granddaughter could not get chicken nuggets. She got a kid cheeseburger and they were out of the toys. My husband and I got a cheeseburger of some kind I ask for it to be made fresh when we got it it was cold. We I ask about It I was told the bun warm was not working. When I fix our drinks and put the cover on it and set down there was something black on the rim of the cup. I ask the girl at the counter she said that they came in that way and they try to take them out she did not know what it was, I can only imagine.Where you fix you drink at was dirty and just nasty. Could not find a clean table floor were dirty food everywhere. Last time for me at this place. And for some reason we didn’t get a receipt. But how can you run a business with having the product you need?

This is a typical Wendy's: high-freshness fast food, with a focus on dense meat and crisp vegetables. The soft drink machine is one of the touch-screen choose-your-own types.

Facilities were very clean and condition of decor was excellent. Personnel took great care to ensure every customer was individually served with full attention.

Food was cold. Cheeseburger combo gets smaller and smaller. For $10+ it is so ridiculously overpriced for what you get, especially when it's cold food and you throw half of it out with the trash! The only thing I'll ever get from here again is the chilli or a salad. Sadly, the burgers are what Wendy's was famous for are nothing like they were in the beginning.

Rhe staff there was amazing. Who I'm assuming was the manager/lead greeted us the moment we walked in. She helped the newish cashier with ringing in our order. And she brought a positive attitude to the workplace. She's a must keep.

Tried to order, but stood at the counter for 5 minutes while cashier counted money without saying a word to me. Everyone else just looked. No one spoke, no one acknowledged a customer waiting. Horrible concept of customer service. 4:20pm 10/11

TRASH!! FOOD COLD. HARD, DRY DOUBLE BACONATOR. I ALSO ORDERED 2 MEDIUM FROSTY. TELLER SAID SHE CHARGED ME FOR SMALLS. WHEN U ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT TWICE, SHE THRN STATED OH I DUD CHARGE YOU FOR MEDIUMS. $28 ORDER TOTAL. EVERY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE IN DILLON. IM DONE WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN MY HOMETOWN!

This is the worst restaurant in dillon. if I could give 0 stars I would. the orders are always wrong the employees are rude.they are always out of tea or either it has no sugar the list could go on with whats wrong but its just a very nasty disrespectful place to eat

Quite a few times I've been there the dining room doors were locked. A few times the employees wouldn't answer the drive-thru. And on a regular basis they are out of sweet tea. And the food is usually lukewarm at best.
