Didn’t get what we ordered ~ showed the cashier and she said that’s what it is! No bacon on jr bacon cheeseburger, no lettuce or tomato.
She said she didn’t need our tags for free frosty, said I’ll just give them to you and gave us a large one. The tables were nasty, got napkins and wet them to clean the table and chairs. There was at least 6 standing in the kitchen doing nothing but chatting.. Went to Bathroom before continuing our trip and it was indescribably nasty. This place should be closed,

Worst customer service, cold food, hot fries because they were switching over. I literally threw my food in the trash. Paid 30 dollars for food that was not made to how I ordered and what the menu said. Nothing had egg. The egg and sausage croissant has no cheese or egg, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit had no egg. The breakfast burrito had no egg. She said " oh you wanted egg". Umm yeah it kinda says it on menu and you repeated my order. I'm sure you were well informed of my order. I can't believe this chick thought it was ok to not inform the customer they were out of eggs and just hand us the food and charge my card like everything was ok. We accepted the fries instead of breakfast potatoes because they were switching over to lunch. They let us know at the window they had no French toast sticks.Thats fine but eggs are kind of the main ingredient in the breakfast sandwiches. Please inform customer of the situation. I found out because I opened up the food not because she told me. Unacceptable way to run a business. I basically paid for food I did not order. She said I can give you more fries after we were in shock of what was happening. So after driving 9 hours. I got to pay 30 dollars and had to throw away most of it. Yay!! Back on the road. So if your traveling just skip Wendy's. I wasted money so you don't have to.

The Wendy’s in Dillon, SC is the slowest, fast food franchise I have ever visited by far. Why is it especially when the food is awful. Standing in line now for 17 min and only one car has moved!

This was by far the most disgusting Wendy's that I've ever been in. Not only did the service suck but I saw a can of air freshener out in the dining room. Waiting for my food, I watched an employee spray air freshener high in the air around the food prep area. Went to the bathroom and it was the most disgusting bathroom. Looked like the urinal hasn't been wiped down in weeks (pubes everywhere) and when I walked by the kitchen I understood why they were spraying. SEWAGE smell was awful. All the tables had a film on them. I can't believe I didn't get food poisoning from this place. Not sure if I can walk in another Wendy's again!!

This place is horrible I brought a dave double from there got home took one bite the whole inside was raw and cold I called the manager she going to tell me bring it back the fat one I live 4 miles how about you run and bring me another one never again y'all need to get a new cook Florence is the best

Being honest you should close this place down. There is NOTHING fast about the service. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here but I still try. I sat in a drive thru line that was literally wrapped completely around the building for 15 minutes and it never moved. I got out and went inside and there were at least 4 workers I could see behind the counter that all seemed to be working on or watching the bagging orders. There were 3 people including myself in the lobby the other 2 ladies had been there for well over 20 minutes they said and I heard the cashier tell one of them that she still had 3 orders in front of hers to fill before hers could be taken and I had not even been approached to even place an order. I was inside around 10 minutes before I just walked out. Do better or shut it down! simple!

Restaurant is dirty. Employees were aloof and didn't care. We waited 20 minutes for 2 cobb salads. The chicken was half warm and literally half frozen. Medium fry was half full. It's sad.

Lots of info posted about breakfast being available but not when. No breakfast menu posted ( maybe they take it down?).
Young person taking order offered no greeting or assistance in ordering. Gave impression of no enthusiasm and that it was all a bother. Took some time to get order. The new soda machine was limited to three choices .
The floor was sticky and tables were dirty.
Hate to think what it is like when busy.

Really rude lady said we couldn't get breakfast at 645 am because she was not gonna work by herself. She was the only one that showed up for work and if we wanted breakfast we could go somewhere else.
