Start off not good to see dead roach on the floor in the Dining area. Tea container lid for tea left off and bar sticky. Crumbs on table tops floor and seats sticky. Was there around 40 minutes not one employee came out to wipe tables off after customers left. Mans rest room needed to be empty. Parking lot needs a good cleaning.

This Zaxbys location was quick and the food was good. The lady working the register was apparently having a bad month. I would suggest using the drive thru and not dine in.

These people on night shift are just plain out lazy. 1 they had a stand still line for 15 mins just for 2 orders of wings and 2 they couldn’t even take the time while we all had to wait to even toss the wings in the sauce, just dumped it right on, looks more like chicken nugget that a 4 year old put sauce on.

Walked in at 900 and stood at the register for 15 minutes before anyone said a word to us. Crew was just looking at us laughing cracking jokes. Several people came in complaining through drive through and staff just laughed when they walked out. They messed out order up but we didn't complain because we didn't want someone to spit on our food. Very childish environment management should be ashamed. If corporate made a late night visit half the staff would get fired on the spot. Used to be the best spot in Dillon I really wish they'd fix this place we love Zaxby's.

If I could leave a zero I would! Worst service EVER! RUDE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES! I was a dasher there today, I had some what of a large order. Waited over an hour! The employees standing around gossiping and playing grab ass with each other not even pretending to work! I called my boss who in turn called Zaxbys only to have them hang up when he said who he was! TWICE! My advice, steer clear of this restaurant unless you have LOTS OF TIME TO WASTE!

Had no chicken fingers. How are you a chicken finger restaurant and you run out of chicken fingers???? And the cherry on top was that I ordered 3 sides and it took 45 minutes. Worst experience ever. Fire everyone immediately.

Very disappointed!!!! Traveling out of town and stopped at 9:30pm. Store said they close at 11pm. Walked inside to order and a sign said “dining room closed/mobile orders only”. I went back to my car to place a mobile order and it said it’d be ready at 10:13pm. I walked back inside at 10:08pm and was stopped at the door by a male worker. I was told they were closed. I stated that I just placed a mobile order cause the sign stated mobile orders only. I told him the name of my order and he said “yea, we’re out of tenders, so they’ll have to take care of that order in the morning”. I walked away 45min later with no food. Very poor customer service. Hopefully they’ll be able to reimburse my payment and rewards used. Don’t waste your time stopping at this Zaxbys.

I placed my order inside for a to go order. There was only 1 person working to fix plates for the customers who came inside the store. They young girl seemed to not have a care in the world as she slowly made the plates for the customers. I was there about an hour and 5 mins when I received my order. It sat there for like 10 mins before I even got it. And other customers were saying there is someone's food just sitting there and no one is checking to see who's food it is. Guess what??? It was mine. It was cold. This was the worst experience I ever had at this Zaxby's. And it seemed as if there was not one single manager present and if there was that manager doesn't need that job any longer. Do better plz!

They cook or the one who makes the sandwich needs to learn the structure of a proper sandwich. If I wanted a sauce burger that's what I would have order ( sloppy and disgusting). will never eat their again.
