Definitely need new Management. Customer service is terrible.
Over 15minutes from paying till order.....gimme a break
Food was decent, kind of cold. Service was bad. Food was ready in the box but not given out. Bathrooms and floors were dirty, and the workers were idle
Workers act like they hate their jobs and are forced to be there. My order was wrong but still good. Bathrooms were not clean and tp nowhere to be found.
This store is very dirty, like very! However we received amazing customer service from Patrick and our food was good. We both got salads that were well made and had plenty of toppings.
Just left and as usual they didn't disappoint. All I wanted was 10 pc Teriyaki and order of ff. Was told wings had to cook will be 10 minutes.. 1 lady was nice but the other tried to convince me to either cancel order or switch to boneless.. nope! After 23 minutes a girl brought my order out to the car with no ff. She went back inside and came out with receipt showing no ff were placed on order. This place is too expensive to hv this type of service. Never once did I hear an apology for a long wait or not getting the order right. I am sorry that I am imposing on you earning a paycheck?? Do better Zaxbys!!
I order a meal and to getting near the end of finishing my food I found hair all on my drink cup it was a strand on the top and even different textures including the sides of my cup , even called back up there just to get told there is no corporate number Will never go back to this disgusting place !!!!
Wait was long and they were out of coke and lemonade. all tenders all smelled and tasted super burnt it was gross.
Stopped here off on a road trip. Wait times at drive through was long. The staff was rude because it was the high school kids and this generation has no customer service skills. Also my food was wrong and my chicken breast wasn’t cooked all the way. Had to throw my food away. What a waste of $13. Please get some better management in these new places.
Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. Waited 40min from start of drive-thru to picking up my food. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I was told pull around. After waiting 20min, I went outside and asked the status of my order. Probably the most non-motivated group of individuals I’ve ever seen. Two on their iPhones texting. 4 moving at a snails pace. The cooks looked like zombies. Feel bad for the owner of this store. Food was disgusting. Had one bite and threw it out.

Dine in is cash only. Sign on the front door (that looks like it was written by a toddler) says so.
Nothing better than room temperature food, and the tea isn't that sweet, which I love.

Placed an online order, got my confirmation email, and got there 20 minutes early, didn't want to be the person in there looking for my food early so I wait outside in my car. This is 2 hours before they close. 5 minutes before my food should be ready, I get ready to go inside, but the lobby door is locked. I don't use the drive through because my window is broken but I've already paid for my food, so I go up to the drive through. They've put a sign up that says they've closed early. I call the store phone and I see them through the window, not answering the phone. I call again, they answer and with an attitude tell me they're closed. I ask what I should do since I placed an online order, and they tell me to get it refunded through the app, which I did not use to place the order. After explaining that I do not have an app or account, and paid through the website, they told me to call customer service. While I call customer service I watch the employees laugh and joke through the window and make their own drinks , not even cleaning up to leave. Customer service was wonderful and issued me my refund but customer attitude at the store itself was horrible.

They will sell you some food they don’t have make you pay! Then when you check your bag and go back in-side they will say not my problem we are out of that. “ I’m not working the drive through” then why did you make me pay. Sweet tea still boing in the cup to!
