Placed an online order, got my confirmation email, and got there 20 minutes early, didn't want to be the person in there looking for my food early so I wait outside in my car. This is 2 hours before they close. 5 minutes before my food should be ready, I get ready to go inside, but the lobby door is locked. I don't use the drive through because my window is broken but I've already paid for my food, so I go up to the drive through. They've put a sign up that says they've closed early. I call the store phone and I see them through the window, not answering the phone. I call again, they answer and with an attitude tell me they're closed. I ask what I should do since I placed an online order, and they tell me to get it refunded through the app, which I did not use to place the order. After explaining that I do not have an app or account, and paid through the website, they told me to call customer service. While I call customer service I watch the employees laugh and joke through the window and make their own drinks , not even cleaning up to leave. Customer service was wonderful and issued me my refund but customer attitude at the store itself was horrible.

They will sell you some food they don’t have make you pay! Then when you check your bag and go back in-side they will say not my problem we are out of that. “ I’m not working the drive through” then why did you make me pay. Sweet tea still boing in the cup to!

Down grading my review from two years ago. The service was poor and ridiculously slow. Other reviews seem to share a similar sentiment. Was just stopping by on my way through to Charleston and it took over 15 mins for a Zak Snack.

Yikes! Waited an hour for food. Employees didn’t know what to do. Chaos ensued as people were waiting 60+ minutes for orders and then those orders were wrong. Skip this location for sure if you are trying to stop for a quick lunch. Also, what’s up with Zaxby’s not having any changing tables?? The bathrooms are big enough to have this for moms and dads. Big fail Zaxby’s.

Arrived at 10:45 and waited for them to open @11. Stayed around until 11:15 and even went through drive though at 11:20 with no service. Doors locked and no one working drive through. Watched about 15 cars come and go with no service. I went next door to Popeyes and got excellent service ON TIME!

During a busy lunch hour, so at first I was patient. No toilet paper, no paper towels. So I tried to tell staff FYI and was given really nasty look. Hands wet, no dryer. No response or offer to help. Then they mopped up a mess and never put out a wet floor sign. So I nearly slipped and fell when returning tray. Thankfully there was the return tray station I could grab onto. I understand busy, not apathy.
