Edit: I originally left a negative review below due to an unfair charge, but the owner reached out, apologized, and made things right. The food was great and, other than that issue, service was friendly.When we ordered, they said they were out of grits, so we said hash browns would be fine. Then when paying, they charged us $1.50 each for "substituting" hash browns, added onto the regular price, and insisted we pay the extra charge, even when the hash browns were replacing the grits we couldn't get.

We have seen this location go through several iterations. The breakfast we had was very good.Don't expect tablecloths and silver plated dinnerware. It's a country diner and a good clean, friendly one. Very good food and friendly staff.We had breakfast special 1. The sausage was peppery and delicious. The pancakes were like what mom used to make - golden with a crispy edge. Grits could use a little more salt but hey, I'm a saltaholic so take that with a grain of salt.?

Our family was very very impressed with this place. It's a small little diner, but the staff is fantastic and the food is even better! You can tell everything is homemade, and made to order. We have been twice already and plan to be back very soon!
