Went there for first time tonight and everything was horrible. Took forever to get drink order and food order. I have had frozen pizza that was better. Our server was more worried about people atthe bar. They also offer garlic Parmesan wings, DO NOT GETTHEM! All they did was dump wings in a basket and dump minced garlic on top. If you cant make wings dont offer them. I ran out of drink and never got a refill! I will NEVER go back there. I went there tonight to support The Green Wave! So sad to have had such a horrible experience when trying to support a school and band! Definitely not worth the money. Had to come home and make food cause my family was still hungry.

My wife and I got here at five thirty on a Monday evening. After 20 minutes of watching other tables get service that came in AFTER we did, we asked the host if we were going to get a server. 10 minutes later a young woman finally asked for our drink order. After another 10 minutes of waiting we just left. Service is non-existent so one star, The place look pretty neat so I'll give that some props. Zero stars for the food because we couldn't even get to that part. I had heard this place had a reputation for being slow with service but this was something else entirely.
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

They charged my son $7 for a slice of pizza that tasted like cardboard, he refused to eat it. Our waitress disappeared so we never got refills. There was only us and 2 other couples there and not a server in sight until they brought the food, then ticket. Poor service, poor quality of food.

Was skeptical to try because of the lower rating. But I'm so glad we did!!!

Starting with an Arnold Palmer, absolutely delicious. It's sometimes difficult to find good tea or lemonade around here, so it's always a nice treat to have both in one drink, and they're both tasty.

By far, the best deluxe/supreme pizza I've ever had!! Sure, it was expensive ($25 for a large), but in my opinion, it was worth every penny. Perfect sauce/cheese/topping/crust ratio. A beautiful variety of peppers and meats like I've never seen. Every ingredient of the pizza (and the salad and calamari we also got) seemed 100% fresh. There was an amazing blend of seasoning on the crust, not too much like a lot of other restaurants, but just enough so it wasn't bland. The pizza was cooked to just the right temperature. The crust had a wonderful crispiness to it without being too crispy. It was the best balance of crispy outer crust and soft inner crust I've ever witnessed.

I also had their version of a Caesar salad, but no olives and a vinaigrette instead of Caesar dressing. When I tell you, this was the most incredible vinaigrette I've ever tasted. The perfect blend of oil and vinegar and herbs.

The calamari was pretty great, too. Plump rings and tentacles. They used a really nice basic batter on it, and it was, of course, fried to perfection. The marinara dipping sauce was pretty good, nothing crazy but pleasant .

The restaurant was surprisingly slow for a Friday night around dinner time, but they did have a comedy show later that I imagine some people were planning on attending then. Service was great though. Everyone from the hostess to server to bus boys were very hospitable. Our server was very attentive and really took excellent care of us.

I'll probably be going back at least once a month from now on!

Called in an order of pizza and salad.
They gave me ranch instead of vinagrette. The box wasn't even warm when I picked it up. Got to the house opened it up and it was barely cooked. I have never not eaten a pizza until now. A bad pizza is usually still edible. When I called they said my money couldn't be refunded but they could put me on a list for a free pizza. Bro the one I just got was raw so I'm good there.

Can't rate the food because I didn't get to eat. Waited at the front for over five minutes with out even being acknowledged by the server or the bartender. Finally got fed up and left and then someone else tried to get us to come back in and sit down. I don't think so. We went right over the tracks to Merrells and got seated and ordered and greater in less than 2 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't bother getting disrespected at Amici and just co to Merrells...

Pitiful experience. Food was good but overpriced. Dirty men’s bathroom. No hand soap in the dispenser. Some of the silverware was very dirty. Food took over 1 hour to come out. Waitress look overwhelmed and inexperienced. The restaurant was not busy so I was surprised by all the negatives. I did like the calzone, but it cost too much and took too long to come out. This is downtown Easley, not Downtown Manhattan…

Went here for a family friends B-day celebration and waited well over an hour to get our food. Took them at least 15-20 min just to come over to take our order. After getting the food, waitress would not even come by very often to check on us to see if we needed refills on drinks. Had to do without anything to drink with the rest of our food. Lousy service! The one and only time we ever went there and the very last one too!

My date and I ordered spaghetti/marinara sauce sm. House salad and ice tea. The salad was good the spaghetti was not even room temperature we had to send it back to heat it.i dont like sending things back because i don't know what they do to it if it makes them mad. But it wasn't warm enough to eat And it came back warm but it was by means freshly prepared. And after I asked for the bread that was supposed to come with it. They brought two pieces the size of a deck of cards. The bill was $42.53. we were not impressed at all.

Man, I do love the food but, the service is always slow and terrible. Just too many guest and not enough wait staff. It's so frustrating.

I have gone there three times. The first time the pizza was pretty good. The second time it wasn't very good at all. The third time the service was awful. I placed my order for mushroom pizza and the waitress came back 25 minutes later to let me know they were out of mushrooms. I walked out. What a lousy way to treat customers. (Also 3.5 for a soda or tea is overpriced)

Got turned away. Couldn’t handle anymore guests. Plenty of places to sit.
