Applebee's Grill + Bar

Desire Blake (using my friend's phone, since I dropped mine slipping on water or grease underneath my table while eating with my family of 4) Sadly, I had an horrible experience at my time at Applebee's with my family, excepting better. Ended up getting different meats than actually order, undercooked meat, and didn't receive all my food during my meal. Also, not receiving my to go plate for grandmother at home. Very disappointed and I will not be back at all.

I place an order to go. I went inside placed it had a drink while I waited. The service was great the problem is when I finally made it home part of my order wasn't there. I spent $60 on steak appetizer paid extra for onion rings and extra to get salad instead of broccoli. When I got home there no salad which is one of the main things I was looking forward to. Call the store ok we will give you a few one when you come back. Smh I didn't want it next time I wanted it this time and for them to act as if it's no big deal kinda pisses me off since I spent 60 freaking bucks. Steak and salad go together and it's not something I can afford to do very often so who knows when the next time I will be able to go there. I think you should replace my steak and salad since I didn't get my whole meal. Guess I won't be going to this store anymore except to get my salad they forgot. Check ur orders make sure they r correct it takes 5 minutes.

I always get Bourbon Street Steak. This time I got the BSChicken and shrimp. Great choice! With a little char, moist, flavorful, and great even the next day.

The kids love it here. Very convenience. The movie theaters right there in the hotel too, so it's a good stop. I'm shopping is surround. Everything is very accessible, so we stopped for lunch or dinner, and we can pick up things on our way even though we had to wait because it was a weekend but it was a worth the wait ✋️ the kids and I enjoyed it

I keep hoping! The quality of the steaks has gotten worse. I got the bouban this time, it was a scrap because they were as much gristle as meat. In previous visits I've tried the filet both times, two totally different types of meat not one was a filet. But to end on a better note the burgers aren't bad. I would hate to see the place close, I know you're changing managers as fast as you serve food so please get someone that knows meat and can how to cook it

It was a great dinner, my server was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was how packed the place was on a Sunday night. Other then that it was great.

Food was decent , that wasn’t the problem ! The issue was I dined in with a friend and we decided after we ordered the food, after about 10 minutes or so , we would take our food “to go” for personal reasons . The waitress was understandable initially as we told her we would just wait on the food , and she says okay no problem . As we’re walking towards the entrance to sit down , she makes a scene from afar to say , “ladies you need to pay for your food !! And then says it again . This made me angry cause why would we pay anyways before we gotten the food , we hadn’t got the food just yet anyways at all we had just ordered it 10 mins ago ? So how could we steal without food? Us “ stealing”seemed to be her implication . We paid , waited for our food , and we left, as we were going to regardless . But I didn’t like this as we are two black girls , and this server was a white server , making a scene in front of other customers , which was definitely noticeable to them, and now people are looking at us. She just mad made us very uncomfortable, and me extremely angry , won’t be coming back . She had reddish curly hair , up in a ponytail and wore glasses . Her name is Courtney B.

I’m writing this review from the toilet at 1:30am. The chicken fajita rollup I ate at your establishment is about to send me to the hospital. It tasted different than I remember, however I only eat at Applebees once a year for the nostalgia. I thought maybe the recipe had changed. Nope, just bad food. So, unless you want to have early morning violent diarrhea, I would stay away from this Applebees…or maybe all of them. I went for the nostalgia from my high school days. Looks like I’ll be my high school weight by morning.

We atehere after a movie. I usually get the classic combo. The artichoke dip had no flavor, quesadilla was over salted, boneless wings had no sauce. I was given crumbled tortilla chips for the dip. Worst part is I left a review and the manager contacted me and offered a gift card, since I don’t live in the area. I said that would be acceptable and provided my address. It has been 3 weeks and I haven’t received anything.
