Always my favorite go to when I crave something savory. Their mashed potato is my all time favorite. Their service is always above and beyond!

I'll give them the fact the waitress was training. I went in because they had the 2 for $25 special. We got.thw Mozzarella sticks for the appetizer. We got the cheeseburger and steak for our entree. The cheeseburger and French fries were good. The steak was not! There was no seasoning and it was almost burnt. The onion rings had the taste of oil. We ran out of drink and only got a refill when we were getting ready to leave. I wanted a small to go box but the waitress walked off while I was asking for one. Also, the music selection keft a lot to be desired. I was not impressed with this visit.

Went out for a date night and everyone was so friendly as soon as you come through the door. Our waitress really did go above and beyond and our food came out quickly as well!

Mediocre food is overpriced for the quality of it. Management is not concerned about customer service. The server Sarah was the best thing about visit.

Good luck getting service! We were seated for 10 plus minutes without anyone coming by the table. Seemed well staffed but staff mostly disregarded customers.

Don.t eat the dinner menu. Great lunch sandwiches. Shrimp dinner frozen store breaded. Riblets were tough. Could not pull meat off the bone. Really a weird cut. Barely made it home diarrhea, I think I rented this food for 45 min..I guess I needed a good cleanout

So the power went out we already ordered our food got a appetizer we got our appetizer waited a while to see if power would come back up so about 30 mins pass by they finally said we might want to go somewhere else. They charge us for the Less than 10 dollar appetizer. We felt we should not have to paid for since we waited so long but we did. We talk to the manager that was there . He did reply much n walk away .

This Applebee's has become a weekly spot for me and some family members to come. Generally it has decent food and service. I had decided to come by myself on a different day. I was sat quickly, however it was an additional 20 mins before I was approached by any other wait staff. I was just about to get up and leave when the waiter finally approached me. It took 8 minutes for the order to come out, it was lukewarm. Normally the food and service is top notch, so it was disappointing to see it so inadequate during this visit.
