Nice family buffet restraunt with four separate dining room areas. Nice selection of country food to choose from the buffet. Service is fast and friendly. This restaraunt is a gem in Easley.
This is classic country cooking and yummy! And plenty of it! No complaints. Decor is a bit outdated . There's usually only one server for the entire restaurant but for a buffet I don't suppose more is needed.
We stopped in here for a family lunch and the food was fantastic. They were a little short staffed and everyone was jumping in helping each other. You didn't even notice! The food was fresh and tasty! We will be back!
We went on a Monday for lunch, the gentleman @ the register seemed like he didn't not usually work @ the register, seemed a bit confused. One waitress was on duty, she did check on us a couple of times, not extremely helpful or friendly. The salad bar did have a good selection, but the dressing, seemed a bit watery ( like soupy even). As far as the meat selection they had 3 different forms of chicken; fried, grilled & what seemed like ( Nashville Hot). The other meat was a chicken fried steak. The vegetables were unseasoned and cold. As far as the desserts.. the cake was tasteless, as far as the brownie in the cookie I nearly broke a tooth off it was so hard & dried out!! Based on the selection of food they had and the taste of what they did have.. and the sweet Tea way too sweet !! Basically the waitress didn't want to get us any lemon we got it herself which is fine. I can tell she didn't really be there serving anyway much less.. having to go to the salad bar and getting a lemon. not to mention a customer service I don't really know why they're still in business!! You might pay a couple dollars more @ Mutts for their Buffet but it's totally worth it, and they are right next door!! ?
Such a Friendly staff. The food was SO GOOD! I LOVE CHICKEN GIZZARDS, BEST ONES I EVERY HAD! There Ribs was So tender and had the Best Taste. Didn't even need sauce on them. Fried squash and the cornbread Best I've every Eaten!! Will be going back again!!
Very good country buffet, wait staff is always kind and courteous. Peach cobbler is awesome when they have it, chicken livers on point. My mentor Daniel Black loves the pintos, but gives him farts really bad. You do not want to be around him after the pintos
This was our first time eating here. Reviews seemed mixed, so we gave it a try. Now we feel ripped off and we both felt sick afterwards. Bland food, cheep quality. The salad dressing was watered down. Disappointed. 1st and last time here. You have been warned.
Delicious food, great selection of country cooking. Definitely was worth the drive. Owners are very nice.
My daughter and I walked in around 5:30PM for the dinner buffet. Paid and went to a table. Got our plates, they were dripping wet, we had to dry them ourselves to use them. We head to the buffet. The food was so dry on the buffet, it looked as if it had sat all day. The bread was not fresh and it was a mess also! For $28..I asked for my money back in which the 2 ladies at the front were extremely rude, disrespectful and whispering back and forth about me and stated she needed to call the owner to refund my money. This is NOT the big boys we remember and we will NEVER return!
My family and I went there for the very first time today. The smell of delicious home cooking hits your nose once you enter the door. The service is superb and the hospitality is worth coming back for. The food is delicious. I had eaten so much that by the time I was finished I wanted to take a nap afterwards. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I was totally dissatisfied with our dinner there today, 6/21/2022. This was our first visit and we most likely will not return, by looking at the surroundings, it looked like we were in the movie, "Wrong Turn!" There was not one entree on the buffet bar that was good or tasted like it was home-cooked. I almost lost a tooth trying to bite into what look like chicken livers. My teeth aren't strong enough to eat there, I think that they pick their chicken livers up at the rock quarry. Either that or they are reheating and reserving food that was left-over from the day before. It cost us $32.00 for about 15 minutes of our time. In 15 minutes, we were done with sampling everything and was ready to go. My husband also noticed a strong pee odor as we sat at our table to eat. We regretted not going to South House of Greer where the food is great and worth the price and extra drive.
Food was bland, no favor!
Food tasted like it was from a can with no seasoning added. Very bland. The salad bar was the only thing I enjoyed. Put the cheapest variety of filler food on the bar. It was a real struggle to fill a plate.
I heard good things about big boys but was not happy with this one. Was with a group and a person in my group got my drink because didn't see waitress but maybe 2 times. Didn't know what some of the food was there was no labels and alot of it was over cooked. Will try another big Boys but if like this one I will not be at one again.
this place is DISGUSTING. the food is terrible. the black eye peas and rice taste like WATER. the ice cream taste like SPOILED MILK and the toppings are STALE. i would never recommend this place to anyone. the ONLY good thing about this place is the workers. they are very sweet and care about the customer. the cooks need to learn how to cook all over again because this is NOT it. if you’re hungry DONT come here cause the food is nasty. some of the good foods/drinks are the watermelon, the bread, and the sweet tea. DO NOT order water for drink because that’s nasty too. also, the green beans are VERY salty so don’t eat those either unless you want high cholesterol.
