They were out of sweet tea! The best thing they have! The food was hot and fresh and customer service was good.

I normally just go through the drive-thru and pick up some biscuits for breakfast so we normally have a pretty good experience

Almost every time I go to this bojangles, they are out of something right for the chicken sandwiches, chicken for the chicken biscuits, dark meat, chicken for the meals, the worst of all, it's horrible. One time I went through the drive through, they came over the speaker and said they were closed. I said, why are you close? If you have so many people inside working? And they said, they didn't have enough people to cover the shift, then I asked why they were in the back cooking up a bunch of food that they're not even open, so they must have been taking it home to feed their families. As I went to drive off, there was a african american gentleman inside, staring at the window, flipping me off and throwing his arms up in the air, trying to challenge me. Anytime I've gone inside, the food takes quite a while. But everybody behind the counter's laughing, cutting up joking and not worried about customers at all.It would be a good place to start a fast food restaurant, but this ain't it.

Ordered a 2 piece breast and wing dinner with Cajun pinto and dirty rice. I sat in drive thru for a long wait before order was taken and ended up waiting at window for my order an extended wait. After I got home and opened my dinner I didn't have any eating utensil nor napkins and to make it worse, I had a leg and thigh rather than a breast and wing I had ordered. Very disappointing.

This location is now on my way to work...before I'd go to the Lauren's rd greenville location...I've been to this location 4 times in less than a month and on 3 occasions the service has been below acceptable.forgive me for thinking that the Cajun filet is a breakfast staple and unless there's a shortage...should always be in stock.the 1st occasion i waited 8 to 10 mins with no one in front of me while workers congregated by the drive thru...when someone finally decides to take my order...they're out of Cajun filet...my last time here I walked in to no wait...however the cashier advised me she couldn't take my order until an employees child comes to pay for his food.(i passed him coming in) this took 8 to 10 mins...only for him to come in and ask for his mom's discount and a manger provides his meal for free...the cashier takes my order...and guess what? No Cajun filet...lol I just walked out in disgust to never ever return to this location...they are terribly managed

Good and fresh the batter is a bit heavy but nice and crispy. They don't really have a chicken only selection so you'll at least need to add a biscuit to your order.

Maybe it's just me but the food doesn't taste the same. The portions seem smaller. Don't get me wrong the food is still good just different.

Sad experience with Bojangles last 3x don't think I will go back to the Easley store#0705,on my lunch break looking forward to there fish sandwich had 5o wait 15 minutes then went up to see about my order girl hands me my bag sit down to hopefully enjoy my sandwich it was cold, over cooked hard to eat fries barely warm. My other experiences was ording a 2pc. Chicken dinner and they are ALWAYS out of coleslaw ! Adios Easley Bojangles done with giving you chances.

I came here. If was a full staff at 9:30pm and no one took my order at the drive thru intercom. I was waiting for about 6 to 8mins. Then I went to the drive thru window, for the guy with the ponytail and beard to say ohh i was just about to take your order. And told me to drive around again for just some mac and cheese. I left.

When you ask them at the drive-thru if they have everything ready when they opened and they say yes and then you pull up and they still pull you up for 5 minutes. Like no dude I told you I wasn't even been to sleep yet I just worked over 12 hours was the stuff ready yeah yeah. I'm guessing everything wasn't ready ~
