Stopped at Bojangles in Easley, SC after a 2.5-hour drive from Charlotte to meet my daughter halfway, who was meeting me from Atlanta. I hadn’t eaten all day and was really looking forward to a hot meal. Unfortunately, stopping at this Bojangles was a bad move. The chicken was old, the green beans were ice cold, and the overall meal was just bad. I asked for fresh food, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes, the replacement was still wrong and missing items. Really disappointing experience—Hope this location improves both food quality and service.

The man at the drive thru was so lazy. Horrible attitude, he needs to be fired. The man that was in front of me in the drive thru was handicapped and couldn’t reach the cup he was passing him, he refused to lean further out the window so the man could reach the cup. Just seeing him do that to that precious man, made me never want to go back
Employee sitting down at lunch time nobody at the counter..people waiting no service. Last 3 times there people walking out. Never going back .poor management. Last time they were out of chicken at lunch . Waited 45 minutes for chicken to thaw .horrible place to eat if you are on schedule

I ordered a large sweet tea that tasted like someone forgot the sugar. I went back to see if they had another container that was sweet. The young woman poured my tea out and used the same cup I drunk out of to scoop up more ice from the ice machine. GROSS!! I hope this doesn't happen often.
