We just went into the easley location and there is a guy cleaning the vents on the ceiling right near the food and dust particles are flying everywhere so I’m positive it was going in the food, my husband said something about it and he walks away with the duster only to come back with a broom and continue to wipe the dust near the food. My daughter orders her food and the guy at the register huffs and rolls his eyes. We decided to leave as we didn’t want food with dust all over it and the service was bad.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this Bojangles, but it’s consistently disappointing. First off, they never have chicken ready—seriously, how is that possible at a chicken restaurant? And it’s not just a one-off; it’s a pattern. To make matters worse, the employees (except for the sweet young lady at the drive-thru window) seem completely checked out—past 7 PM, you’d swear most of them are on something. They’re rude, lack basic customer service skills, and show zero passion for their jobs. Oh, and did I mention they never have chicken ready? It’s honestly ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I recently had an unfortunate dining experience at Bojangles in Easley, South Carolina. From the moment I stepped in, things went awry. The individual who took my order refused to communicate and openly complained to me and three other customers for ordering chicken—odd behavior for a restaurant that specializes in serving chicken.
The rudeness didn't stop there. The entire staff displayed a lack of interest in their work, treating every customer like a nuisance. To add to the dismay, the restaurant itself was filthy and poorly maintained, which was incredibly off-putting.
Despite the fact that the food was good once it finally arrived, the abysmal service and unacceptable environment overshadowed this. I don't believe I'll be returning to this Bojangles unless significant changes are made in how the establishment is managed.

Ordered a steak biscuit combo and the steak was raw 🤮 and they put egg and cheese on it and that's not what is supposed to come on it, but the worse part was it being freaking raw, so disgusting 😡😡

On more than 1 occasion i have visited this location and have been turned away. If the store is open until 10PM, that means i should be able to order whatever is on the menu and not be turned around simply because they don’t want to make anything fresh after 9 PM. This is a chicken restaurant, what you mean we’re done with chicken wings for the day ? If that’s the case y’all need to close earlier if the employees don’t want to cook/work after a certain time.

Pretty good went for breakfast they serve season frys all day long so that was nice frys could have been warmer had to wait for ham biscuit but that's fine it was nice to get fresh bo.
I mostly use the drive-thru but everyone is always friendly and order is accurate.

This place takes forever to take your order and deliver your food. Having to wait 5 mins just to place my order at the menu with no one in line or at the window. Then pull up to pay and then asked to pull forward. One biscuit 10-12 minutes.

They literally would not serve me because all I asked was to not have sausage in the gravy and they told me that they could not not put sausage in the gravy it takes just a few seconds to go in the back and use the prepackaged gravy that Bojangles uses to make their gravy and just not put the sausage in before making my biscuits and gravy I'm vastly disappointed that I got told no and what is called a yes business I feel like this Bojangles does not care if they have repeat business or not
