I love Brewsters! They make all of their small batch ice cream in house. The ice cream is great. The service is great and it is locally owned.

We are out there about 15 minutes before they close and the gentleman said that they are closing due to going home early and he does not speak any good English and told him that I’m gonna bring him about $100 worth of business but he seem to not understand what I was trying to tell him would not recommend visiting near closing hours.

It's hard to find ice cream shops with a good selection of non-dairy flavors. Bruster's had 5 options with an oat milk base as well as several sorbets. I got the mango and cookies and cream in a waffle cone. Flavors were excellent and the portion was well sized. I'd definitely come here again.

The family went for ice cream cones and 2 of us got black cherry chocolate chunk. My 2 scoop cone had one and a half cherries and the other had 1 cherry. Very disappointed. Especially for a cone that costs $5. Nothing like the advertisement.

I went to the Bruster's Ice Cream in Easley SC, on Saturday August 5, 2023...for a hot fudge brownie sundae, with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. I ordered and paid, did not leave a tip on the credit card machine because I always wait until I receive my order, and then tip accordingly. I was the only patron there ordering at the time and no one was behind me. I waited for at least 10 mins before anyone came to the window to give me my order. When another young lady brought my sundae to the window, I didn't see any nuts on it, and since I actually paid extra for them, I asked her if I could get the nuts put on the sundae, and she obliged. I waited at least another 5 minutes then she came back and gave me the sundae. I left without leaving a tip. I got home and started to eat the sundae. It had one very small scoop of ice cream, and the rest of the bowl was filled with whipped cream. The brownie was cold, hard, and crunchy. The nuts were on one side of the dish instead of sprinkled on top like they should be. The hot fudge was about a teaspoon worth and it was UNDERNEATH the brownie. I didn't even finish eating it, as it was so disappointing. Now I'm no rocket scientist, but this is how you make a hot fudge brownie sundae: 1. Warm up the brownie and put it in the dish. 2. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream and put it on top of the warm brownie. 3. Pour a generous amount of hot fudge over the ice cream and brownie. 4. Add whipped cream over the hot fudge. 5. Sprinkle nuts over the whipped cream. 6. Add a cherry on top of the whipped cream. It's not that difficult. But I suppose if you are a teenager working at a place managed by teenagers, then you have zero concept of how to make a simple hot fudge brownie sundae properly. I will not pay over $9.00 for any kind of sundae from Bruster's Ice Cream again.

They never have choice’s for people with sugar problem’s, all other bruster’s in different cities do.

Again this place has let us down. Expensive with barely any ice cream in our cones. Quit fooling yourselves about going there people. It used to be a decent place and you got your moneys worth. Not anymore. Last three times the same thing. I paid $21.00 and gave them a really good tip to get hardly any ice cream. What a disappointment. I realize the price of things have gone up but this is embarrassing. Not giving this owner any more of my business. I feel sorry for the employees because I am sure they have been taught to be stingy. Shame on their practices

Great ice cream, friendly people, nice out side area.

Came here a few months ago and got their special which was Cookie Monster crumble if I remember correctly. It did not disappoint! The toppings were in abundance and the ice cream itself was creamy. Bruster’s is always a safe bet when it comes to dessert.

Everyone loved their ice cream. Generous portions.

I got a door dash of the brownie & vanilla ice cream. It was terrible. The brownie was very very cold, it definitely had not been warmed up or even the hot fudge, it was very very cold. The whole dessert was very very terrible. You upsell a lot of options but DEFINITELY DO NOT deliver on any of them. Do not recommend at all. Also left you this similar review on doordash :) next time do better. You get to keep my $14 so you'll also get to keep my negative review for your laziness

VERY RUDE EASLEY LOCATION! They're Literally Advertising the item on the building that I was asking for (Chocolate Mudslide) which is a Waffle Cone with Chocolate ice cream, Brownie pieces, Marshmallows, and Oreo cookies) I asked for a waffle cone with chocolate ice cream and Oreos. The young lady at the window says "We Don't do that here" I said but you have. Only to be responded to with "Well, Not here"??‍♀️to which said, yes I've had it before, from here, and it's literally on the window on the picture. She then says "Well I'm Not going to do that, Soo?"... Then proceeds to take another customer's order. And act like I wasn't still standing there.
