It’s rare that i even come here and tonight reminded me exactly why. I ordered the meal that comes with 2 chicken wraps with no tomatoes. Why did i get all the way home just to have 1 wrap, with tomatoes. I knew i should have checked before leaving but i was in a rush. I tried calling back multiple times but got no answer. I come back just to sit and wait but nobody came to the front until i called for assistance multiple times. No only was my order wrong but i waited at the window over 15 minutes in the drive thru the fist time. They had at least 5 people work and weren’t busy so it’s no reason i should have waited that long after paying only for my order to be wrong.

Service at the drive thru yesterday was awful. Lady got the order wrong and complained that I was “griping about another order and I hadn’t paid for my order. I told I had paid and she said, “no you haven’t “ Showed her the receipt and she still acted like it was my fault. I asked for the manager and she said “Iam the manager” This is the last time I will visit this location. Food was good but this woman was the worst.

They Didn't get my order right. The food I did receive was not good. When I asked for an extra bag the employee rolled her eyes at me. I think I will just stick with the Burger king in Pickens from now on. I don't need bad food with a side of rude attitude.

The food is good, but people will not come back to get it after dealing with a nasty manager. I'm describing her from what i saw because I didn't get her name She was African American and heavy set. She is mean and nasty and I think someone should talk to her because she is stopping a lot of business and I also think she is one of the reasons why the restaurant can't keep employees. She works at breakfast time. In the early mornings of breakfast.

I usually try to be nice with reviews especially if it’s a one time visit/thing but this is not!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LEAVE MAD!!!! MULTIPLE times now we have attempted to “quickly” grab food from here through the drive thru and almost every single time they find a way to mess something up. Over half the time the drive thru takes forever and have had at least two people being rude through the speaker as soon as we pull up. One of the instances with the lady being rude they had later put way too much lettuce on my burger- last time my burger was overcooked and really hard like a rock and there were missing condiments and fries were cold, this time burger was somewhat okay but no- fries are cold and super hard. They seem like they were cold and got reheated, but over heated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! In fact they really need a staff cleans. Absolutely unacceptable.
