I placed an order online through the mobile app for one of their exclusive online items. I ordered 2 whoppers and 3 medium fries. I waited over 36 minutes for my order at the drive thru and the store wasn’t even busy. There was no other cars there at all, but I was made to wait 36 minutes for two whoppers, chicken wraps, and some fries. My food was so extremely cold and stale when I got it that it was inedible. The bread was stale and the burgers were completely cold, the fries were so cold and stale that they had already gone hard.
Because I placed my order through the app I was made to use the “Contact Support” option, the store wouldn’t do anything about it.
I reached out to Burger King support and was told the only thing they could give me for the entire $30 order being ruined is a $5 coupon. This is absolutely unacceptable that I literally WASTED $30 at this disgusting restaurant and the only thing they will give me is a $5 coupon, which isn’t even enough to cover the cost of 1 whopper that I paid for.
I absolutely would not recommend this Burger King at all, and honestly because of the way that Burger King has handled this overall, they have lost my business for good! This is the kind of behavior I expect from McDonalds, but I never thought Burger King would do this. I’ve attached a screenshot of the conversation with the Burger King support rep saying there is nothing they can do but give me $5.
Also, keep in mind that I didn’t even ask for a full refund. I asked for a partial refund for the items that were ruined I didn’t even ask for the whole thing to be refunded I simply wanted to get back what I paid for the poor food items.
Picked up breakfast for my wife, went to the order board in the drive thru and gave them a name. Waited about 10 mins for food to come out and the girl was such a sweetheart.. so apologetic for taking long. I told her not to worry about it, I know the feeling of being shorthanded in the restaurant business. You could tell she was already exhausted but very nice handing me my order. Everything was hot, fresh and correct. If I have to wait a couple extra minutes for the perfect order, so be it, I'll always support a business for that alone. Thank y'all!!
There is no reason why my boyfriend should ask a question about if they had a doordash still and give us a snarky attitude. The girl on the mic for the drive through was absolutely rude and deserves to be fired but I forgot this burgerking doesn't give one crap about their customers. Good job on making humanity worse than it already is. 👍
Service was great…..until I opened both my rodeo burgers to no cheese and a literal drop of bbq sauce….seriously?!?!

We went inside to eat. No one ever came to the counter to answer our question, although everyone working saw us standing there waiting, so we politely left. We have planned not to go back.
The new kiosks apparently do not always work. Ordered $35 worth of food, no one could find the order. The kiosk does not print a receipt, and after 45 minutes we finally had our to go order
Love the whopper...

2nd time coming to the location and it’s been horrible! Nobody acts like they know anything they don’t honor your coupons and mobile orders. Just a mess. I use points from my bk app to get a free fry he tells me I had to add a cheeseburger to get the coupon how when I’m using points and not a coupon
They renovated the place but they need to fix their food it still stinks

Franchise owner, what are y'all doing to yourselves?? Remodeling a store but not changing the way you do business makes no sense. Happy customers means more business. Times are tough financially so if someone spends money big or small they expect good results. I get a the 2 whooper Jr's and 2 fries special in the drive through. I reach in the bag to have a fry and they are cold and taste like they were cooked the day before. I then reach further in and feel the burgers are cold also. Do you not have someone working quality control or no one cares? If you are just out for money and quantity over quality then close your business.
