This chic fil a stays packed, but the employees do a great job cleaning up as people are leaving so there isn't a major wait to get a table. Great food and super friendly staff.

What has happened to the flavor at CFA? The sandwiches are noticeably smaller and the flavor has changed. The fries are flavorless as well. Kind of cardboard tasting. Whatever the changes, l do not like.

The service was great in the atmosphere was decent, but like so many years before the food hasn't improved at all to me. Neither has the portions. I guess the reason why their lines are so long is because the people that come to buy from them like the mediocre food. Sorry that's just how I see it

I had a DoorDash today and I guess the girl who was helping doordashers. did not want to touch me. She did not want to hand me my food even though it was a big order She just did not want to touch me. And I know I'm a black woman, but this was crazy. She had black hair, blue eyes and wore glasses. I felt discriminated against it was not a good feeling. This was around 12 20pm today.

I use to love chick fil a and this location but these last few times I have went it has been so bad. I went the other day and the fries were so hard you couldn’t chew them. I went back tonight and they forgot my milkshake. I didn’t realize it until I got home and I live on the other side of Easley.
