I do not recommend coming to this location. Im not sure if the staff high and not cooking the food all the way or what. I went in to get a burrito and bowl and as soon as me and my daughter start driving the rice isn't even all the way cooked. My daughter is the type not to complain and she even tried to continue eating but she just told me mom I cant. We began to just want our food remade but an hour had passed and we figured the rice would still be the same, so instead we opted for a refund. We went up their asking for one and the manager tripped out on us saying that she couldn't give up our full refund and said because the meat was eaten she couldn't give us our refund. I would expect attitude from regular employees but not the manager of the store. Why spend money on food I cant even eat and I cant get my full refund. She told me that if I wanted more money to go ask the company, when I ordered and paid for my food in store with CASH.

Very professional experience. This is my second time this week going to chipotle. First time I went inside placed my order and it was made wrong, no problem it was fixed before I left. Two days later I go inside to place again and the theatrics this employee showed was unacceptable. I’m sure chipotle doesn’t care but I will not return to this location.

Placed an order through the app, went to pick it up and was told by the employee they had no record of it. Showed them proof on my phone that it said it was ready and instead of apologizing and offering to remake the order the employee said "there's nothing I can do you need to call chipotle to get a refund" and then shut the drive thru window in my face. Ridiculous customer service.

Super friendly and very allergen conscious. This is a safe place for celiacs. Just let them know you have an allergy and they are all over it.

Takes an act of Congress to get employees to want to cook green peppers and onions and have them available for food orders.

Went around 8:30pm, they had no steak, no chicken, no brisket, and the last scoop of Barbacoa that they had they argued over if we or the person in the drive through were going to get it. They also had no shredded cheese?! They don’t close until 10 so I don’t really see the issue of just cooking a little bit more to get through the night. We’ve never been here and them be fully stocked on meat.

I ordered a burrito bowl with many additives via delivery and received a children's portion where they did not add a couple of ingredients and did not add extra meat, which I also paid for.

Messed up our online order for the second time in a row. Really suck to get home and figure out our order is wrong again.

I don't write a lot of these, but given this was the third occurrence in the past 6 weeks or so, I figured if I put it on here maybe someone with some power or authority to change things will do so. I went in this past Saturday, and of course, there were six or seven folks in front of me, so I stood in line for about ten minutes. When I finally got up to place my order, I noted the pan where the onions and peppers generally are was empty. Asked the guy about 'em, and his response was, "Oh, we don't have fajitas today." As noted, this was the third time in recent memory the exact same thing has happened. Standing in line only to find out that for some inexplicable reason, they don't have onions and peppers. Note, you can't call to ask if they have everything...an automated system answers the phone and refuses to connect you with a human at the restaurant!!! They don't put a sign on the door noting they're out of anything...the only way to find out is to go stand in line, or sit in the drive-thru! Plus...how does a Mexican restaurant run out of onions and peppers so often?!?!?!? Heck, they sell onions and peppers at Ingles, which is a mile from this Chipotle!!!! Back three or four years ago this place was spectacular...a lady named Jenna was the manager, and they were never out of anything. It ran with the efficiency of a German railway. Now, it's a huge roll of the dice. How about this, Chipotle: IF YOU'RE OUT OF SOMETHING, PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR WHICH NOTES IT SO FOLKS AREN'T STANDING IN LINE FOR SOMETHING THEY CAN'T HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
