I went in to place an order around 1145 and was immediately greeted by the cheery kind staff who made my bowl quick and efficient. I was then greeted by the gm Shannon who is just a gem! Thanks for an amazing lunch today the food and service were phenomenal!

This was my first experience with the Chipotle in my town (I’ve had it elsewhere).
I placed an order in the app to pick up in the drive through. Ordering was easy and I was able to customize it. I pulled up to the drive through and it was ready immediately. It was lunchtime on a Saturday.
When I got home, I was impressed there was no plastic packaging at all. The order was exactly as I customized it and the food was delicious. There was enough food to make two meals for me. I ordered the Chipotle Honey Chicken Bowl. I will definitely be back in the future.

Made a mobile order Every single item in my order was made wrong all of the missing ingredients. The store ran out of chips before 9 pm. Every single time I come to this chipotle it seems like there’s always an issue with something

This location is always out of something: cheese, queso, chips, fajitas, etc. Everytime I order pickup, they can’t fulfill half of my order.

Recently, I ordered a quesadilla with cheese, rice, and beans, but they were out of cheese so they couldn’t make it. I went inside so they could get me a bowl instead. When I asked to add chicken to make up for the price difference of the quesadilla versus the bowl, I was told no and that there was nothing she could do, like really? Chipotle has gotten so stingy!

I got here at 9 pm. I wanted the honey chicken and they were out. Advised me they weren’t cooking anymore. I ask since yall not cooking anymore can I get a gift card. I was told no. It doesn’t take that long to cook some honey chicken. I feel like I should have been compensated cause now I have to fine me something else to eat. This is some bull.

I stopped there for the first time. I ordered Chipotle honey chicken and a drink. I gave the cashier a$100 bill. They were confused and decided to pay cash. The Diet Coke fountain was not working. The trash cans were full of garbage. My Burrito was loaded with beans and few only cuts of chicken. After two three bites I opened my burrito and used the fork to find the chicken and to remove the excess of the beans and rice. Few minutes later after I left the place I was stopped by two cars of the Easley Police! They received a tip that I tried to pay with fake bill! The police searched me and found nothing wrong with my money. I am in complete shock and very disappointed with the whole situation!
What a waste of +$19 in such a place. A

If you want good food for the same price, go across the street to Mr Cactus. This was terrible. The dry meat tasted like it was a month old, and the lettuce turned my stomach. Definitely not worth the money.
