Every time I come to this location they are rude and out of all meat except chicken. Clearly this location is the worse one they have. They all look so upset to be there. I’m sorry you work somewhere you don’t like, but don’t take that out on the paying customers.

I ordered a steak bowl and it tasted meh. I’ve had it before but this is my first time trying it at this location. Also, they scrapped the pan for sour cream and guac and I was like yikes! But maybe it was a limited crew not sure. But the food tasted ok but the texture of the steak was I can’t describe it but unappetizing. I don’t think I will order from here again I can’t do it

The worst Chipotle franchise I’ve ever encountered. Consistently gives the wrong order in the Chipotlane, missing items, and inconsistent portion sizes. The closing shift doesn’t care, I’ve repeatedly been shorted and used my “reward” points on a a meal that was unable to be provided due the store being out of meat 50 minutes before close. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This location is so hit or miss. I know not a lot can be expected of a fast food restaurant and I manage my expectations accordingly. I come here at least once a week and order on the app then proceed to go through the Chipotlane. 8 times out of 10 there is something missing from my order (I guess because they ran out) which is fine and I understand that happens. What is most frustrating to me is that no one at the window tells me my order is missing something so I can ask for a replacement. I get a taco kit and it sucks to get home and open my container just to find out there is no rice or steak or taco shells. I would have gladly given an alternate option if I was given the opportunity. I understand I can check before I leave the restaurant but I feel like I should not have to do that. I can understand this happening once or twice but as often as it’s been is just not okay. Prices are set for each component that comes with the meal and I am not getting not am I given the option to choose to have all parts of my meal. Really dissatisfied.

Let's start off by saying we weren't even greeted when we walked up. He just stared at us till we ordered. The man taking our order was rude, barely spoke a word, and had a rude demeanor. When i ordered the a kids meal, he said 'what sides' and i said 'oh i don't know what she can get, i've never been here' and he didn't say anything, just stared at me. Didn't tell me what i could pick or anything. Then, we got our food, all of it wasn't even hot. As we're eating, we can still hear how rude they are to each and every customer. I do not recommend this Chipotle, at all.

Went to pick up supper tonight at the Easley location and was met with a sign on the door that read "lobby closed due to staff shortage" but there were people sitting in there eating. What's up with that?

i ordered from here about a week ago on doordash. when the food arrived at my house it weighed like nothing. i have a scale at my house so i put the food on it and it weighed literally 5 ounces. the last few times i’ve ordered from this place the portions have been very small, don’t recommend ordering from this place.
