So this was my first time going and my last the burger was good but I asked for double onion rings and only got 6 then I go up there and asked the gentleman if this was a double order of rings and he said yes we count each individual one and you should have eight I said r u serious thats ridiculous and I'd be better off going to the clock on Whitehorse Rd.

The food isn't the best, but the price is super cheap and the milkshakes are pretty awesome when they're stirred/mixed properly. Theyre not greedy with the sauces and the customer service is great!

The soft served ice cream in the coke float tasted freezer burnt and bad. I couldn't eat it so I dumped it on the ground in the parking lot.

Went through drive thru i had to repeat the order multiple times just for it to have items missing then the quesadillas was burnt and trays were messy .

The first picture I’m sharing is from months ago. The drive thru wasn’t busy but yet I still managed to get a raw burger. I didn’t notice until halfway through. I continued going to this cookout only if I have too. I usually have been just checking the burgers I get to make sure it isn’t raw when I have went it’s been okay for alittle bit but I decided to go through again tonight. I got my food, parked and checked my burger and it’s raw again. I went back and got a refund. They tried to just offer cooking me a new one at first but if you can’t cook it right the first time then I dont want it being remade lol. Theyre going to end up getting someone sick because they can’t check to make sure their food is properly done. I nor anyone else wants to eat something raw really disgusting! I get maybe if it’s a one time thing but it’s occasionally with this place. Should’ve just learned my lesson the first time and never went back. Next time I’ll just stick to the cherrydale location.

Me and my wife came to get milkshakes and Cookout is Cookout. It's a place for kids to hang out but also a place where adults can enjoy a good burger or shake. They create an atmosphere of togetherness and I'm all for it.

Service is rude and tries to make you look and feel stupid. I thought ai was taking my order it was so bad. also tries to mess up your order and I wouldn't recommend it. The food burgers are slapped together my 7 year old could make it better and the fries soggy and very salty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. you want a good experience go to the one in cherrydale.
Getting food through the drive through as I look in an employee was smoking a cigarette in the kitchen area. When I brought it to the attention of the employee at the window all she said was “we don’t smoke cigarettes in here and shut the window”

The restaurant wasn't crowded yet most of the tables were dirty. The music was too loud, forcing people to shout just to be heard. Very noisy atmosphere. The cashier was too busy talking to boys to take orders in a timely manner. I ordered double cheese bites, and this is what I got. Wasn't a very pleasant experience.
