Good place to go if you are eating on a budget. The best thing about the place is the milkshakes. They have a great assortment of milkshakes. They are very thick. You are not going to use a straw on these. Plus, they're chunks of whatever fruit or other items you order in them.

I come to Cookout to eat unhealthy *food* not unhealthy microbes or chemicals. So, 👎/👍
👎 This location has disgusting black mildew growing all over its ice & beverage machine. I have politely spoken to the MOD about it on a previous visit (in a different year!). I've cleaned out enough food service ice machines and broken down soft drink machines for the night to know this much mildew Does Not Accumulate overnight. 👍I appreciate that this Cookout location places an aluminum sheet on the tray before putting hot food on it. (Some locations don't, and then serve you food that has toxic, molten Styrofoam chemicals on it. 😳😵💫🫨🤮)

We went here for hot dogs, and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Another 10 minutes after they took our order for four hot dogs and a regular coke. The dogs are $1.99 each, the coke, $2.29. Order came to $11.07 with tax. So we get to the window, they give us the coke. We paid cash for the amount. A minute later, a girl tells us they don't have hot dog buns. I asked for a refund on the dogs, which was $7.96 plus tax. She said we only get $7.96 back, not the tax, which we paid. I said we get the tax back too, and we kept the coke. She refused to refund the price of the hotdogs with tax, and only gave us the $7.96. I realize the tax isn't much, but we did pay it. It is the principal of this issue that bothers me, and her refusal to refund me the full amount plus the tax we paid. We should have been charged only for the coke. We were never given a receipt. Where was the manager??

Not one thing on my order was correct. Ordered a BLT, had no tomato, only 1 strip of (very chewy) bacon, and brown lettuce. Sweet Tea was soured, and I ordered hushpuppies but received onion rings instead. Went through the drive-thru, and it was too late down the road when I opened my order and figured this all out.
This store has seriously gone down hill in the last two months. I've had multiple orders messed up now at this point with a staff that seems very unhappy, which probably isn't their fault. Seem very understaffed with bad management

Great and friendly staff. Food tastes great; unfortunately, they don't give you much on sides, and they never fully mix my shakes. All the toppings are usually at the bottom.

Everytime I have ordered here they have always shorted me on my food, like I got a hamburger with 2 sides one of the sides was chicken nuggets they literally put two little chicken nuggets in my plate, and I also asked for slaw on my hamburger and never got it, last time I ordered a beef Quesadilla they sprinkled hamburger meat on it so small it looked like a cheese Quesadilla with Salt and Pepper on it .
