This location is straight up dangerous. There is always a large amount of loud teenagers in here having fights and causing scenes and the store seems to have no interest in policing it. I refuse to come here, especially with the new location that opened up on White Horse.

I don't think the girl at the window knows had to her job. It's not a big deal but if a customer is paying for a burger with onions and pickles, the customer should get a burger with onions and pickles.

Normally I never have an issue with this cook out, but tonight our service was more than unacceptable but truly concerning. Being we were the only car in the drive thru I would have assumed that our cashier would have been nicer but by the time we got to the window he was immensely rude. He was short, careless, and definitely out of uniform. Would not give us a receipt, had no name tag so I can only assume his name is “Olga” from our tickets on the bag. He wore no hairnet or hat. And was visibly upset towards other employees. I hope going forward this issue can be resolved because this is deeply disappointing.

For the type of restaurant they are, they’re five star. I usually order a bacon cheese burger, a couple of sides along with a milk shake. It’s a little surprising that tater tots aren’t an option, given the options they do offer, but it’s still sustenance.
