It was ok. Everything was very salty and greasy though.

Goodness I really hate giving this place a one. I understand the short staff problem and why the wait times are long, but when someone is being a polite customer, it is extremely unprofessional to be a rude human. I know yall are tired and I know yall deal with a lot of jerks, but seriously I was being kind and polite. Wish I could rate the food but we didnt even get seated. So service I'm so sorry but it's a one.

Unfortunately after waiting 45 min with no call received the staff continued to say they called twice with no answer. They could check my calls received. None. Not at all impressed. Their loss.

Haven't been

I have been many time to Copper River through the years and even had orders to go and I never got a bad meal. This is the first time we have been back since the Covid shut everything down. There were 5 of us who went Saturday and all order steaks . This is the first time that all of the whole group said it was awful . The steaks had no seasoning, one was burnt, one was way under cooked, two didn't get their salads when some of us did and had to ask for them and we also ask for dressing but by the time she brought them the other food had already been served. . Our Waitress was very slow. We also order other condiments twice ,once with our waitress and once with another waiter but never got them. No ,we didn't complain for fear of our food being tampered with. I know their food is normally good but we will wait a while before we go again. I know many places lack servers and are just trying to do their best. Hopeful other have a better experience than we did.

Love this place. Kodiak chicken never disappoints. The salads and wings are delicious too.

Had great service there. The food was good too. Definitely go back again.

This place is hit or miss. Unfortunately the miss is always the food. Service is always okay. I can live with okay service but I cannot accept just “okay” for my food. Obviously better management is needed or more managers.

Always a pleasure dining in at Copper River. Very delicious food, professional staff, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I wish they're open few in Virginia too 👍😊🥰

5/28/21 8:20pm ordered flounder and shrimp… side was fries… literally got 9 fries.. tiny piece of flounder with a portion of it missing.. as if it had broke off… the shrimp were great but only 4 shrimp… no tartar sauce, no cocktail sauce, the salad was absolutely delicious as was the croissant… 21$ for the tiniest amount of food… I was so surprised because Copper River is mine and my husband favorite and we always are pleased with their portions.. never doing takeout again…
