This place is hit or miss. Unfortunately the miss is always the food. Service is always okay. I can live with okay service but I cannot accept just “okay” for my food. Obviously better management is needed or more managers.
Came here on a date last night and there was no wait, our waitress was great, and food was very good. My date at first received cold fries, but the waitress brought him out a bunch of fresh fries and they were great. Much better than the one I go to in Seneca
Our food was great. The wait was álittle long but understandable with the staffing shortage. However my wife was uncomfortable because of the way a man, either a cook or manager humiliated a waitress. Maybe the waitress( not our waitress) made a mistake or was having a bad day but this man was screaming at her and in her face which was inappropriate but very inappropriate in front of customers. She took it from him and never overreacted, continued to try to do her job even though...
