VERYYYY GOOD 10/10 ONE OF THE BEST COOKIES EVERRRR
The cookies are Baked well and they have good flavor
I really enjoy Crumbl and the various flavors they have each week. I’ve always had a pleasant visit and will continue to purchase cookies from them

Typically, I have a wonderful experience at the Easley location but tonight's staff was lackluster. I noticed the portion of my cookie was not the normal size and when I asked about it, the employee brushed it off like it was nothing and I needed to be fine. Showing any sign of concern to fix the problem would have shown some attempt to care about the quality of food guest are receiving and providing a solution.

It was amazing food the atmosphere was pretty nice but I will say that the service was okay

No one seem to know which cookies that had and which cookies they were out of. When should turn made the atmosphere tense with the other customers around me trying to get their order and substitutes. I was told that they didn't have the strawberry in the mini but the lady in front of me that was substituting told that they had strawberry which is what I was told they didn't have they did eventually fix mine and give me the strawberry but the person in front of me was still struggling to substitute when I left even though she had ordered online and come in before me. Over all they just need to communicate better with each other and actually check what cookies they have before until someone they don't have them
