I love Crumbl! The Greenville, NC store is sometimes struggling presentation wise and a few of the staff are unhelpful (one even lied to us once about a customer pick cookie, saying there were none left, and telling others she didn’t know if there were any left. We found this out once we left the store but then called to verify there really were none left bc it was a flavor I’d been wanting to try and only available that day). But crumbl is so good that it’s okay! Sometimes...
This store went above and beyond to correct an issue I had and I know it was thoroughly addressed. I understand this store has had a lot of struggles as of late just like all the other businesses.

It was amazing food the atmosphere was pretty nice but I will say that the service was okay
