I walked in for my order and saw the guy making pizza had his hair over a head band which was doing nothing. That he proceeded to pull a long black hair out of the cheese container and hold it up while he laughed and tried to figure out who it belonged to. Then he continued making pizza with that cheese. This is all while I’m standing there. Just gross.

For several months now, I’ve had issues at this particular location, specifically regarding orders placed via the Domino’s app. The app consistently tells the customer a wait time that is FAR less than the store says when you get to the pickup window. For this particular order, the app informed me that my order would be ready in 9-13 minutes. When I got to the window (9 minutes after ordering), the employee told me 30-45 minutes. This is an inconvenience that should not be felt by customers. Either the app needs to be corrected, or the employees in the store need to be properly trained on how to use the computer systems so that the app is properly informing customers of expected wait times. Sitting in the parking lot for an extra half hour isn’t acceptable for the “norm” experience.
Also…asking pickup customers for tips at the window is extremely tacky. Is this what delivery drivers are now doing at the front door for delivery customers? I delivered for a different Domino’s store in South Carolina several years ago, and that was a BIG no-no.
If this experience is what can be expected from now on, my business will go elsewhere.

The store closed so the employees can stand outside and smoke cigarettes? And nobody could turn off online ordering or give a call to the customers who are on their way to pick up their order?

This place, if anything, is consistent! The selection of widely known and differing types of pizzas is overwhelming! Sandwiches, salads, and desserts are plentiful and delicious. Timely delivery, with friendly staff, drivers, and managers!

Food is fine enough. Occasionally you'll get a messed up pizza or a squishy crust cause it sat to long. Big thing is delivery. I have had to go pick up my pizzas when I've already paid for delivery and tip.

As always, food was on point, hot, great-tasting. Done on-time and no complaints about the food. Not happy about this new thing where I am being asked for a tip for a drive-thru window pickup. That made me feel really awkward, and I can't say I'm super-thrilled about returning in the near future. I understand tipping my driver, or even a curbside handoff or something, but I'm not crazy about the idea of being pressured to tip at the counter, it doesn't make sense. I just spoke to another customer who said the exact same thing. I'd like to know if this is what to expect going forward or if I need to just switch our go-to takeout pizza to one of the other many offerings in town, because it made me exceedingly uncomfortable.

I got the pizza that I’ve been seeing on Facebook last night and for my son to say this is the best pizza he’s had gives them five stars. They did a great job preparing that pizza. The lady on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and was very helpful and friendly.

I called in my order the lady that answered was super nice and helpful on the specials. I was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes and I arrived at the window in 15. The young man that helped me at the window was nice and my order was ready to go. I had ordered the large extravaganza pizza and the Oreo lava cake and both where amazing. Hot,fresh, and great tasting! I'll definitely be back.

Always make sure you call ahead before ordering online as I did not and just showed up expecting my order to be ready after over an hour however apparently they were two hours behind and I still had to wait 1 hour not exactly what I wanted but food is always very good
