I have seen many negative reviews on here but I can say with my experience the pizzas have always been wonderful and the service as well, I got the Memphis bbq chicken pizza tonight and it was out of this world, I can say I’ll never get another kind again, I am hooked, no complaints here!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took over 30 minutes for them to get my pizza made in the middle of the day. I had to pull out of line and sit and wait for at least 15 minutes. According to the app they didn't even get my pizza in the oven until I after I pulled into drive thru the first time.

Y'all were showing out tonight dominos!! Pizza was so good and the service was so friendly. All the pizzas has extra sauce like we ask! it was well worth it.

This place sucks pretty bad. Always takes an hour if you do carry out. People never know what’s going on and act like the topping they are putting on are directly coming out of their pay check. I have to remind myself every few months why I always say I’ll never come back. Whole new staff needed

So I order from this one all the time because I work across the street ..on Nov 5 I ordered a pizza and when I came to get it it wasn't ready and my ride couldn't wait so the guy asked me could I come get it the next day ..the next day came and I couldn't get a ride to go up there and get my pizza so I called and told them the suiatuon and asked them for a refund. The child on the phone who claimed to be a manager told me no refund so I spent money with your company I received no product and no money back. So now I've called domios customer service line and I'm waiting to hear back from the franchisee about this ...your customers write your checks. You need to make them happy...bc I WILL NOT BE BACK..

Domino's clearly cares more about creating shareholder value than customer service or caring for their workers. I placed my order around 10pm on a Thursday night. It was around 10:15pm when I arrived at the store and one person was working alone. He apologized and said it would be 20 minutes or more for my order but he would get right on it. He was clearly doing the best he could. After about 10 minutes or so, a delivery driver appeared and tried to help the other associate. Another car pulled up behind me, and the delivery driver asked me to pull around so they could potentially help the next person faster. This process repeated itself several times before my order was finally ready. I don't blame the workers, I don't even blame the manager, who I'm sure is doing the best they can with what limited hours and budget they are given. I blame the company for caring more about the bottom line, than actually taking care of customers and their employees. Keep playing it cheap, and it will cost you in the long run. As much as I enjoy Domino's, I'm going to give it a long break after this experience.

Ordered 2 pizza to be picked up. Guy on the phone said my order will be ready 20 minutes. Went there to pick it, then was told it will be another 20 minutes they have not started making it yet. Waited another 20 minutes, then was told it's still on the make board aka still not made i would have to wait additional 30 minutes. Cancel the order. NEVER will I ever go back here!!!!

Old man comes to window act like he can't understand us. Says wait a minute goes to work and never comes has us waiting to place an order over 5mins or longer. I press the button about 4 or 5 times the girl yells give me a minute. She very nice and listens and take our order.

My pizza was delivered late, barely warm. Called back to get another one
Waited 30 minutes on the phone. Had to drive to the Store and as a Corporate Manager myself. The Asst Manager needs more training. Her attitude was poor and I did not feel valued, nor heard. I asked for her name, did not provide. U also asked for managers name. Still did nor provide. More tuning needed please

Called to make an order was on hold for 40 minutes. Then when I got to the store sitting in the window, me and my husband watched a man making pizza dough and smushing it out with no gloves on then he proceeded to wipe his nose on his hands and to itch people pizza. Food is great but the cleanliness and food care needs to be worked on.

Use to love this place but when a guy who is standing outside yelling about where I park while he and a group of people stand the parking lot is a small issue compared to the pizza being not cut properly. And the same old sweaty guy who was standing outside came into the kitchen without washing his hands. Very disappointed and won’t return here
