We waited sn hour for our food and it still wasn't ready even thought the tracker said it was for abot 40 min. The guy at the front was borderline rude and kept slamming the phone down when he answered calls. Worst experience at Domino's in a while.

The food from here will most likely make you sick, and workers are treated poorly by most upper management. There are some decent people there, and some that care about quality and look out for one another, but the number is few.

I'm posting a one-star review in the hopes that someone from corporate sees it. The staff here are awesome and are always working really hard whenever we get food, but the timing of the tracker is TERRIBLE. Dominoes needs to fix the tracker so that it shows accurate times for orders. Two times in a row I have come into the store when it said that my order would be ready in 1-5min, and I waited at least 30-45 minutes longer for my order. I don't care if it takes longer but after waiting 1-2 hours before coming into the store, I just want the tracker to be accurate. Kudos to this store for kicking butt when they have been set up to get all of the negative complaints by customers when corporate puts them in that position by giving customers incorrect information.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas ( one cheese/one pepperoni) online. Arrived at the time that the online process said it would be ready ( 24 mins). Arrived at pick up window and after a discussion was told my order would take 45 mins to prepare. I canceled the order and went to Little Caesar's -- walked in, walked out with my pizzas. Obviously, the staff of 2 people working were not sufficient in number or ....something else. Sad state of pizza prep on a Thursday night at 6pm.

Third time since November 23, 2023 I had to cancel a delivery. I can say it was much better to cancel today. Don’t bother with delivery at this location. It is NON EXISTENT!

Ordered a pizza and Parm bites at 545 still didn't receive pizza at 730 . So I just cancelled the order. Got told it would be two days before I got my money back. I'm diabetic , I say here waiting for what was supposed to be a thirty min delivery, as my blood sugar just keeps going down. I'm irate and will never order from them again. Do not recommend them to anybody.

What is the problem that i can not place a order for a pizza at your window? You need to think outside your tiny box . I was near your location and have a very hard time walking . I should not have to stuggle to come in your store when you have a window. ... no i didnt want to call and TRY to understand a call center.....

Ordered a pizza waited an hour and half. I called the store had to give the guy my number three times straight before he got it said it would be here in 15 min. Haven't gotten it yet. We have been waiting for 2 hrs. Come on now! Why would I want to do this again? This is crazy! No offer of an apology at least. Frustrated to say the least.

Great group of people to work with, and it was a pleasure working here. Dysfunctional at times, but we got stuff done ?.Managers work their butts off and help clean up with drivers at night. You can't really find that a lot of other places. Your food will never be expired product because they keep up with the dates down to the hour.Owner doesn't give out raises to just anyone. You get what you put in. Very respectable. This builds your work ethic, and boosts the team up, which translates to better service for the good people of Easley.Most complaints come from a time when it was difficult to find employees to hire. A handful of employees can only do so much. Remember, they're human too!

Yakwards Man

Don't even waste your time trying to get pizza from this place. Hands down the most poorly managed establishment I have ever attempted to procure food from. I ordered two pizzas at 6:00 tonight and arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later. When I arrived, they told me it would be 30 more minutes, so I left and came back 30 minutes later. When I arrived, the employee at the drive thru window asked how he could help. I explained, and he left and began doing other tasks (I could see him through the window). Eventually another employee came to the window and asked if I had been helped. I explained, and he recommended that I cancel my order online for a refund because they were really backed up and my order would take another hour. In his words, "I mean, I don't know how much you want this pizza." I was annoyed enough to write this review.
