The restaurant was very busy and overlooked
my order. When I asked about my order several employees apologized to me and made my order. They were very polite and helpful. In addition they gave me an extra benefit for my inconvenience. The staff members definitely are an asset to this company.

I honestly don’t know where to start. This establishment needs to be cleaned very thoroughly…. Behind the counter was very disturbing toppings everywhere… There wasn’t any organization period. They weren’t paying attention to the orders bread was burnt more than one time. Then to top it off a man walked through the back door into the kitchen then went into the cooler and pulled out chicken pieces and the got a container and put some chicken pieces in it… No gloves not one time did I see this man wash his hands. Then he proceeded to walk into the back kitchen area and packed more meat and put it into a clear plastic bag. I watched one of the staff go and scoop out meatballs with his hands just nasty. Then you hear the staff say “ Don’t take all our meat… he says McDonald is too high….. I wanted to ask for my money back so badly but I just keep my composure. There was no manager onsite. It made no sense how things were being ran. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Short white hurl has a smart mouth for no reason yall don’t even get paid enough to carry on the way she did I refused her service and left happy to go to another firehouse

I was in firehouse subs just a little bit ago and the cashier and other employees were talking to each other while taking my order and I had to repeat myself several times because of it. I order jalapeños on one of my subs and didn't get them and I ordered extra pickles with both sandwiches and didn't get those either. When they called my name for my order she slide it at me and not another word. We eat at firehouse probably once a month and this is by far the worst service I have ever had.

After waiting for order it was wrong. Ordered 2 12 inch. Gave us 2- 6 inch instead. Did not offer to correct it when told so we left!

Love FH. It's a regular craving, and I enjoy so much of the menu that sometimes it's hard to choose. Got the Jamaican turkey this time. Delicious! The Steak & Cheese and the New York Steamer are favorites as well. The Captain Sorenson sauce is a staple in my house.
