They don't serve American cheese. What kinda sandwich shop doesn't have AC

Make sure to check your sandwiches when you get them. I ordered a club sub and started choking about halfway through it. After choking, I looked at my sub and realized that the deli paper was still on the cheese. Pretty sure I swallowed a good bit of the deli paper.

The team there was nice when taking our order. They took time to ensure our order was correct. They overheard me and my son talking about the fries on the menu. They told us about them and then gave us a sample of them. Needless to say, we're a fan of the fries, and we'll be ordering them in the future.

The server was rude and nasty.

Places an online order and ordered a sub with only mustard and lettuce. I received only mayo and lettuce. The shift leader said there was nothing she could do to make it right and the mama her had to make it right. I know this isn’t true because this is the third time this same situation has happened and the manager was never there any of the other times. Also I’m alergic to mayonnaise so if I would have ate it, it would have cost a whole lot more than a sub to fix my problem. How can you have a shift leader responsible for your store and not be able to compensate or solve a problem? Also had to drive all the way from Liberty to get my food.

Called three times. Got hung up on twice. And once they sat the phone down and
Left it for me to listen to them work. I dont recommend this location

According to the Web hours they close at 10 but does are locked at 9:25

Today I ordered because T mobile had a bogo special. The manager was friendly, staff was helpful and the food was delicious. I am gluten free and the bun was fresh, soft and the sub was tasty.

Quiet place good food

Showed up to oder my food... 9 pm. The location in easley next to sonic. Closed. Closed her drawer at 9 pm. Doors still open not locked. Sign on. Disappointed 😞

So here we are another Firehouse, another review so I go tonight and I had already put a mobile order in for a big grilled chicken sub which was suppose to have light tomato, light onion, mayo and light mustard get home and literally all I got is light tomato ONLY, then my wife a medium grilled chicken which hers was regular everything except light mustard and she gets light cheese light mayo no mustard and light onions, and then we had a medium turkey bacon ranch which was just suppose to have mayo and lettuce, cheese and it had no mayo light lettuce and light tomato so needless to say my experience tonight was HORRIBLE and then although it was a mobile order I put in 10-15 minutes prior I get there and still have to wait another 25-30 minutes to finally get subpar food
