Ive ate at a few fire house but tonight my family ate at easley location and it was nt a good experience nor did it taste good down to the cookie as well as the wait time over 30 mins for 3 subs. We spent nearly $50 for sandwiches and to be honest i would have rather ate at mcdonalds on a bad day. I called and spoke with the manager makayla and was told she made my meal and will let her manager knw about the food complaint. This was a disappointment about food and service.

Got the French dip, paid $45 for two sandwiches to be delivered. No au jus was in our bag so we ate cold dry French dip sandwiches after a long day of work. When I called the manager said there is nothing she can do, when I asked for a refund we had to go to the location. Do not get the French dip, it absolutely sucks. Especially with no dip!

I can't lie, going here when there busy you're gonna have a wait. So lunch breaks are not the best idea if you're short on time. But they are extremely friendly, fixed my order from Friday for free, and are fast when not slammed. I can honestly say this is a good location and I see why they keep business. Thanks for replacing my order and making it hassle free!!

haven’t eaten here since i was a kid. made a pick up order. never done a pick up at this location. told them i had a pick up order and the lady was nice but had a some attitude. over all the food was good.

Stopped in for lunch today and got a meatball pizza sub and some fries and the man that took my order was amazing! And the food was delicious! I’ll be back! 😊

Walked inside, asked about 25% off after 6:00 pm and they informed me it was for online order only.
My wife filled out all info while sitting in parking lot. The “online” order site didn’t offer 25% off. We wasted 30 minutes for nothing.
I asked inside if they can do the discount and they just looked at me….. crickets…..nothing…..

Have not been here in years but the subs were not bad. Much different than what I remember but still good! The fries were delicious as well!

Staff was super friendly even though we showed up 20 minutes prior to closing and they have already cleaned up.

Make sure to check your sandwiches when you get them. I ordered a club sub and started choking about halfway through it. After choking, I looked at my sub and realized that the deli paper was still on the cheese. Pretty sure I swallowed a good bit of the deli paper.

The team there was nice when taking our order. They took time to ensure our order was correct. They overheard me and my son talking about the fries on the menu. They told us about them and then gave us a sample of them. Needless to say, we're a fan of the fries, and we'll be ordering them in the future.
