Love FH. It's a regular craving, and I enjoy so much of the menu that sometimes it's hard to choose. Got the Jamaican turkey this time. Delicious! The Steak & Cheese and the New York Steamer are favorites as well. The Captain Sorenson sauce is a staple in my house.

How does your website say you close at 10pm on store hours but you actually close at 8pm on a Friday night? Ordered my food at 6:50 but never received it cause you weren’t open. Your voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. Twice this has happened now. Firehouse subs in Easley is a joke and over priced.

You know, their Chili is actually not bad; I mean, considering it is fast food. But, I'll not order the Mac-n-Cheese again. Their subs are definitely better than the competition, especially their hot subs. And, while their soda//tea/drink selections are outstanding, the food, service & atmosphere was just average, at best.

Website promised bogo sub on new years eve. Got to the store and they said the code was not working. Asked if they could still honor. They said no and didn't offer any way to make it better. Subs are decent but customer service is lacking and wait time is long no matter what (like 25 mins typically)

Atmosphere is stale. Best for pickup, love a hot sub/hoggie. Northern boy in me lives on. Hook and Ladder nothing else matters, full size is a must eat it hot with extra oil and vinegar.

I always love the subs here, but the customer service is so bad. My family came in at 8 pm to order and the lady at the register was so rude to me. She asked was it for dine in or take out and we decided to eat in and she said "well our dining room closes in 20 minutes." with such attitude. If you are open for another hour why does the dining room close at 8:20? It takes you 20 minutes to make the food because you are mad I came in, so when I finally get my meals would I be asked to leave?
