Y'all. I had the best experience at Easley's Five Guys today. My husband and I went for lunch. Their food is just as reliably delicious as always. Somewhere along the line, I lost an important envelope, which I didn't figure out until I got home. I called Five Guys to see if they'd found it. They hadn't, so I decided to head back to look for it. They were SO helpful and concerned. One of the employees even caught me in my car before I left to ask which trash can we'd used. He then searched the trash for it. It was beyond over and above good service, and I'm so thankful for their care and concern.

My experience on a Sunday afternoon wasn't the best. It was very loud in the restaurant, including staff yelling loudly at one another and also out into the dining room. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo. It came out as a burger with extra pickles and lettuce. I took it back, told the cashier what I ordered, and sat back down. Another employee asked for the wrong burger back, and I gave it to her and once again told her what I ordered. A few minutes later she hands me another burger, and there was no tomato on it. I gave up trying and ate it.

Oh so good!.We.got the patty melt with extra onions and a regular fry and unsweetened tea. My son loves munching on the peanuts while we waited for the order

Not Safe For Those With Celiac!
We just moved here from Orlando and the Five Guys I used to go there was great with preparing my meal! BUT, tried this location and had a gluten reaction.🤢Not good. I am sure every location is different but will not go back there again unfortunately. If you have celiac or gluten allergies, just remember I told you so!
