My experience on a Sunday afternoon wasn't the best. It was very loud in the restaurant, including staff yelling loudly at one another and also out into the dining room. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo. It came out as a burger with extra pickles and lettuce. I took it back, told the cashier what I ordered, and sat back down. Another employee asked for the wrong burger back, and I gave it to her and once again told her what I ordered. A few minutes later she hands me another burger, and there was no tomato on it. I gave up trying and ate it.

Not Safe For Those With Celiac!
We just moved here from Orlando and the Five Guys I used to go there was great with preparing my meal! BUT, tried this location and had a gluten reaction.🤢Not good. I am sure every location is different but will not go back there again unfortunately. If you have celiac or gluten allergies, just remember I told you so!

Even though the food is great the management needs to be fired. You can't talk to people as if they are children. I would never allow my teenage child work for her. Going back to Cherrydale where they not only treat the customers great but also their employees
