Y'all. I had the best experience at Easley's Five Guys today. My husband and I went for lunch. Their food is just as reliably delicious as always. Somewhere along the line, I lost an important envelope, which I didn't figure out until I got home. I called Five Guys to see if they'd found it. They hadn't, so I decided to head back to look for it. They were SO helpful and concerned. One of the employees even caught me in my car before I left to ask which...

My experience on a Sunday afternoon wasn't the best. It was very loud in the restaurant, including staff yelling loudly at one another and also out into the dining room. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo. It came out as a burger with extra pickles and lettuce. I took it back, told the cashier what I ordered, and sat back down. Another employee asked for the wrong burger back, and I gave it to her and once again told her what I ordered.

The only place I buy a cheeseburger, fries and drink. It's getting a little pricey but still worth it to me.

Kid-friendliness: Hot dogs and cheese sandwiches if the kids don't like burgers.
