My experience on a Sunday afternoon wasn't the best. It was very loud in the restaurant, including staff yelling loudly at one another and also out into the dining room. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo. It came out as a burger with extra pickles and lettuce. I took it back, told the cashier what I ordered, and sat back down. Another employee asked for the wrong burger back, and I gave it to her and once again told her what I ordered.

The only place I buy a cheeseburger, fries and drink. It's getting a little pricey but still worth it to me.

Kid-friendliness: Hot dogs and cheese sandwiches if the kids don't like burgers.

This was our first experience at a Five Guys, and we were pleasantly surprised! Opting for the bacon cheeseburgers was a wise choice as they were delicious and the toppings were just right. I decided on the Cajun fries while my husband went for the regular ones. In my opinion, the regular fries stood out more due to their ideal balance of saltiness and crispiness.
