Food is inconsistent. I was the only reason it was any good in Easley. The GM can't cook. It's liable to be pink in the middle. They are ALWAYS out of something. Whether it be something basic like mayo and lettuce or wings and tenders. This is our normal Friday night go to for dinner. Been going for a while and the staff now knows me and my order whenever I walk in the door. Great staff and best burgers in Easley.

I got the Old #7 Burger w/o the BBQ sauce and the wife got the Philly Burger. We were both pleased with the burgers. I didn't really understand the Burger "anatomy", all the veggies under the patty was odd to me, but that's neither here nor there. Veggies were, however, extremely fresh!!Fries weren't all that. Pretty greasy and soggy....Nice quiet experience.Fair price considering the market.

Our first visit here was very quiet and pleasant. Order was promptly taken with no rush behind it. Restaurant was pretty clean and bathrooms were decent besides broken lock on men’s. Food was fresh and tasted great. I’ll definitely come back and try it again. My order was the chili cheese burger

We have eaten here twice getting pretty much the same thing, the bacon cheddar burger. I even got it the last time with chilli. Both times we were very pleased with our experience. The burgers are the best we have had at a restaurant, and the fresh cut and cooked fries are amazing. I look forward to going back and would highly recommend trying a burger from here.

I went to the one in Easley a few months ago. Pretty good. Burger was tasty and the fries were fresh. I got food for 3 people for 30 bucks. Decent price. I'd go again. The service was ok, then again we were the only people in there. Seems like that they have an issue with service when it's busy.

I like the food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Been going there since they opened. Service has always been a little "meh" but the burgers were good. Today my wife and I went there for lunch. Girl at the cash register hands us two menus and tells us to go sit down. Now they're "full-service" and that's the policy. Proceeds to take the orders of the next four people who came through the door who are also there for dine-in. Piddles a bit and then com to take our order. Asked her why she prioritized the people who came in after us and she claims that they're city employees. (Two are wearing Toyota of Easley shirts.). Then she says that everyone dining in has to order at the table. Asked her why they didn't have to wait. "We treat everyone the same.". Asked to speak to her manager and she claimed to be the manager. Kept pointing out her inconsistencies and finally left without ordering. THEN her manager (the actual manage) came out to the parking lot and fussed at me for cussing at her employee (which I didn't do) and tried to play off like they treat everyone the same way. Like I said. Been going there since they opened. I am NEVER going back. Bad enough that the service was bad, but the employee feels it's perfectly safe to lie to her boss and her boss apparently reinforces that belief.

If they keep running this business the way they did yesterday, this business will be going under soon. Such a shame because the food is good and they're new-ish.The food was great as always. But we got there, the place was empty. Nobody at the front counter, and no customers. We thought maybe the place was closed. Eventually two employees walked in from taking a break outside and told the front person that we were there waiting. They were nice about it and overall it was fine; I just suggest getting an alarm for when someone walks in.Onto the mismanagement parts:They were out of Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, and Mellow Yellow. We asked them to change them out, they said they were completely out. Eventually they put a note on the Coke...but it's a shame that they weren't prepared with replacements (supply ordering mismanagement).The men's restroom (single toilet/sink) had no lock on the door with a note for people to knock. The automatic soap dispenser was out, and they had a pump soap bottle from Walmart (Equate brand) that had been filled with water to make it last longer...but it was all water. Does that mean the men (at least one male employee) doesn't wash their hands properly before returning to work? The paper towel roll was on top of the automatic paper towel dispenser...are you really that lazy that you can't open it up to refill it properly?Disappointed in the experience overall. We will be back for the great food, but we will wait for a couple months to see that they correct these errors...especially the errors regarding proper hygiene.
