As someone with germophobia, I typically shy away from self-service restaurants. Although it was a family decision to dine here, I was already feeling uneasy. Upon visiting the bathroom, I was met with unpleasant conditions - the largest stall was flooded with fecal matter, and the other toilets were similarly unclean, causing myself and other females to exit without using the restroom. Besides myself, I noticed one other person wearing the gloves provided for handling food plates and tongs. The young man serving our tables did an excellent job, being very attentive and even offered to set up the room divider for our family's privacy.

Servers were great! I thought I would be able to find something that went along with my diet, but it was quite difficult other than the salad bar. I did witness the worker in the back going from station to station handling food, cleaning surfaces, cleaning off something in the sink, touching door handles to the freezer/fridge, and never changing gloves. This is why I stopped eating here 10 years ago. Some things never change.

I hadn't been in years, but recently came as a family for breakfast one Sunday morning and it was great! So much variety in food, even our pickiest eaters were happy! All the staff were courteous and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back for more!

Horrible experience. Will not be back. $50 for 2 people and everything was mid to give it credit. No flavor. Some of it was cold, and not being restocked, A complete waste of money. Will not ever be back to a money pit like this. I knew $50 was pricey but i at least expected to eat. I had half a plate went back and got scouled by the meet cook, and pushed out the way by staff trying to clean up. Just cause you close at 9 doesn't mean the people who came in at 8 shouldn't get the same food and treatment, you had a whole hour left in the dinning room What a horrible experience. I will be calling corporate or who ever i can. This should not be acceptable by any restaunt especially those this expensive for a half a plate of cold bland food and pushy staff because they half to work the last hour. Worst restaurant experience I think I've had place like this. It's hard to believe places like this put Ryan's out of business. I cant put into words how livid I am when I come in after a long day for a hot meal just to get screwed over. LIVID
