Came in today , the manager told me to due to my order being completely cold , messy and rude service . Waited up front for 2.5 min and no one came to the front . I just heard banging and noise from the back. It was no bell to ring and I'm not going to scream to get people to do their job. It was another gentleman that came in behind me as well that left . This sucks ....At least the counters were clean .

Do you remember the time where good service was automatically something people took pride in . When fast food was fast and good. When your greeted with a smile not an attitude ( you chose that job ,why be mad ) ?
When you open your bag , the bag is cold and yet you had to wait for food , when you ask for the food to be hot you get attitude ? Wow , such a shame . Quality , service I would say zero stars. Horrible service and food.

Ordered 4 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich. Got 4 burgers and no chicken sandwich. 3 of the burgers were the wrong thing. 20% odds of getting what you ordered. Hardee's needs to look at their system or employees and fix the problem. I don't live close so there's no option of going back to get it fixed. They didn't give us a receipt either. Fries were old and chewy.

They gave me a shake with shake all over the outside of the cup. Made me ask for whip cream on it. Ordered a hot ham and cheese and when you open the sandwich you could smell the bread was old. Touching it the bun was actually hard. Will never stop again.

Food great. Drive through very fast and friendly. But most days the breakfast crowd is way understaffed. In past I have walked in with 4 ahead of me and only move up one person and by then have 3 behind me. Gave 2 for atmosphere because the usual manager in charge doesnt stop the continuous drama between the staff. Most times she's in the middle of it. She loudly fusses at the staff and last week I witnessed her follow a person out for their smoke break and she is fussing at this poor girl while she's trying to take her break. Manager smoking also while chewing out the staff trying to take a break, meanwhile all of this is happening at beside front door where customers are entering for breakfast. We only drive thru at this hardee's because food is still really good

I will start by saying very slow service @drive-thru. The people that work there always have an attitude problem. The food is sometimes edible/love the biscuits.
