Was overcharged for my meal this morning, never asked for a large. When I went inside after having to wait almost 15 minutes for one biscuit and a hash brown interacted with a very rude employee/manager. Was told I couldn’t get my money back for what THEY overcharged me and that they are understaffed? I don’t know how being understaffed has anything to do with overcharging your customers. Continued after this to call was rudely hung up on twice by their “manager” and was threatened they would call police on me for “harassment” all because I called requesting a refund. Absolutely disgusting staff and service with poor attitudes like these I see why they have such poor reviews. Corporate has been contacted and hopefully handling it. Along with EPD which told me they could NOT do anything about me calling up there it’s a food establishment and that is their JOB to answer phones and tend to customer needs. Thats all the satisfaction I need knowing that’ll be the only type of job any of them have, highly disappointed and furious with this location and employees.

Rude managers unprofessional and the food was not fresh I asked for fresh hash browns and neither time did the manager give it to me and lied and said they just made them … I told her to feel them she turned around!

IT was horrible food and I got 3 biscuits and they were all so hard on the bottom and’ top we couldn’t eat them I tried call store they no answer so in wasted $10 I don’t recommend this place for a dog to even eat here

If i could give this location a zero i would. I came thru & ordered 2 chicken temder wrap meals. The tenders were fine, the fries taste like old grease. I came back to the store wanting a refund & she would not give me a refund without a receipt. I thought she didn't give me one but I found it in my car. When went back inside she said she wasn't going to give me a refund because she didnt have to. She called the police when i started taking pictures of the restaurant saying i was refusing to leave the restaurant. HIGHLY do not recommend. One of the worst restaurants in the upstate.

No wonder you have ZERO people in line! Rude employees that ring up Large instead of what you ask for! If someone says they want a small or medium give them that! I asked for a medium tea. Idc if your out of medium tell me so I can say if I want a small or Large. People don’t come back if you keep the same General Manager NOONE LIKES! She’s running your store in the ground and me along with the rest of this town will not be back until I see an UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT on the sign!!!!! Keep trash you get trash in return! Also your only good as your weakest link and your general manager is your weakest link your stores is going to close if you don’t fire every last one of them and come back stronger and better!!!! FET YOUR ACES IN THEIR PLACES HARDEES STOP SETTLING WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT YHE PEOPLE! STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF TO COVER YOUR SALES LADY YOUR STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC!!!!
