Servers that work here are some of the most foul mouthed and rude people I’ve ever encountered. They insulted my girlfriend’s weight because we called them inconsiderate for blocking an exit. They did all this while still in work uniform too, classy!

I will NEVER eat here again. First we waited for our server to come back and get our order for almost 20 minutes. When we were about to leave someone came to take our order. We waited an hour for breakfast and they weren’t busy. We got half of our food and had to wait 15 minutes to get our silverware and the rest off our food. One of us went in the back because we could never find our server … to ask if we could have some silverware before our food got cold.. While eating it we noticed a chunk… not a few a chunk of hair in the pancakes. It was done on purpose. All they were willing to do was take the pancakes off our check. Never again. Waffle House provides better service than this.

Ihop was awesome today!! It was a little busy, with no wait at all. All the waitresses was doing a great job. We go to this ihop alot. Brandi always makes sure our bacon is exactly how we like it and our food always comes to our table hot. This is our favorite breakfast place. These girls work hard even on the bad days.

I came in around 2pm for breakfast because I haven't had pancakes in forever. I requested sugar free syrup as I'm a type 1 diabetic, unfortunately it was after my food was served the waitress (Alexis) discovered they were out. The manager went next door to a grocery store & got sugar free syrup. Alexis was outstanding & I appreciate the manger for accommodating me. My only complaint was my hashbrowns were cold (4 star) but they served up another hot order quickly. Much appreciation to Alexis & the Manager for their hospitality. 5 stars for their service.

This was down right the worst ihop experience I’ve ever had and I love ihop it like a happy place for me. We had to wait about 45min before the waitress took our drink orders then wanted us to order the food then which was fine it been long enough. Not one refill on my drink that I had for prolly an hour and a half. Food was alright I guess I ate it but the eggs Benedict were way over cooked they were basically boiled eggs. After reading all the most recent reviews dating up to three months back I told my wife we wasn’t having a bad day we just picked the worse ihop in South Carolina. The waitress taking care of the table behind us informed the ppl that if they ordered their food properly it wouldn’t came out the way it did she offered to take it back but then added well if I take it back I don’t want them to not be able to eat anything…

Couldn't get a coffee after waiting almost an hour at the table on my birthday. Spouse demanded we leave. She thinks they don't care about their customers. Probably shouldn't waste your day waiting there like we did.
We were told it would be 15 to 20 minute wait & we ended up waiting over 30 minutes. We got sat & it took them about 10 minutes to come take our order. We then waited over an hour for our food to have it arrive & half of it be disgusting. Our waiter Carson acted like he was high the whole time & was worried more about getting other coworkers' orders out instead of doing his job. We will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again. This was not a good experience. They are getting 1 star because it won't let me put zero stars.

Waited to sit, they told me 10 mins, 20 mins later (no seat) decided to just order take-out thru the app. The app. gave a approximate time and I waited out front! Went in to pick-up and it was not ready, that was fine. Waited another 15 minutes then asked for a manager to check and still nothing! They walk around that place aimlessly, no one has a clue where my order is? Manager was able to figure it out after a few attempts/total time there 70 mins for 1 order of take-out. Never again!
