Walked in, place was packed. We were on a wait for about 10 minutes (there were 6 of us). We were sat at a table near the window. Food was hot and delicious. Alexa was awesome despite the volume. By far the best Ihop experience. Will return.

Walked in to get some breakfast. My wife and I were sitting there for 15 minutes and nobody even took a drink order. There were 3 waitresses and 3 tables and those tables had already had food on table. Horrible service.

Best ihop tbh. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was so homey. All the workers seemed happy and were beyond helpful too! Especially our waitress Trinity. She answered all of our menu questions, gave great recommendations, made us laugh, and kept our drinks full. Flawless experience, thank you!

I went to IHOP in Easley. Yes I passed up at least 3 Ihops to go to the one in Easley. 1. It was clean the parking lot, windows and doors clean. I mean the kind of clean that looks like someone cares. The inside was clean and we were immediately greeted it was comfortable and we didn’t feel like we were a burden on the staff as if we were interrupting their continuous break. The tables was clean and we were seated promptly. We ordered and the food was great. We will return

Terrible. Came in at 940am, 2 people ordered eggs, omelette, side of pancakes takes. Ordered right away and 40 min later still no food, meanwhile tables all around us that were seated well after we ordered already got their food. No drink refills just told your food is coming yet no food. 55 minutes later got food. Half of the order was wrong had to continue to wait for the correct items to be brought out and only give a half baked excuse as to why it took so long. The manager finally came over and after a discussion on the many failings he ended up taking care of us but still will not be returning and will not recommend.

I bought breakfast this morning for 4 people and it came to almost 70.00 dollars the food was burnt I did not get 2 of my hashbrowns and the food was cold the girl at the restaurant could not make change for the money I gave her she had to get a manager to give me back change Helen Smithers
I stopped in here here with my parents today. The host welcomed us in with a smile. We got our table immediately. Alexa was out server and she was great! Everything from the omelets to the hamburgers were delicious. We even got cinnamon dippers for $1! You can't buy anything for $1 these days! We will definitely be returning. Thanks Ihop!

My server was super sweet, but you could tell she was just starting out. Point is, I’m pregnant and have been ver picky about what I consume. I went here today and ordered a cheese quesadillas with just the chicken and cheese, the server rang it up that way but I got my food and had onions and peppers in it. I stressed this concern given my allergy. She had the cook re make the entre just to bring it back then the chicken was NOT cooked all the way. Chicken is a very dangerous meat to be consumed if not cooked all the way, let alone me consuming it while pregnant. On top of the poor food quality, we still had to pay for the quesadilla

IHOP in Easley has came along way with Christie managing. The atmosphere is great and the waitresses are phenomenal. We always ask for Sydney and she is the BEST! It’s a weekend regular for us!
