I got a couple vegan options: Corn Bhel and Bangin’ Samosas; they were well balanced with textures, spices, sweet and savory. The drink took a bit to balance the sweetness, but still tasty. The place itself has a fun vibe and there’s a stylish old brewery to sit inside when it’s too cool.

Calling this place and Indian restaurant is misleading at best. The prices are outrageous for what you get. $40 for 1 drink, 1 water and 2 sandwiches. I ordered paneer but got chicken. Lucky I'm not vegetarian and didn't want to wait, so I ate the chicken. There was hardly enough chicken to offend a vegetarian on this sandwich. Literally about half a chicken finger worth of cut up chicken that the stray cat hanging around wouldn't eat. This place is pretenious and low quality. The drink bags they give you are hard to drink from. You'd have to be crazy to eat here more than once.

The food was just simply not good. Had a B rating and I didn’t know until after placing my online order. Was very disappointed.

Here’s the thing, I don’t get the hype about how good the food is. I ordered their butter chicken, which is actually very well known and a beloved dish among many people. They did report that it was sweeter than typical butter chicken. However, it was too sweet, their sauce tasted like Campbells tomato soup with a small bit of spice and sugar. It’s definitely not my cup of tea.
I didn’t just get that, I also got their street corn, which wasn’t anything special. I tasted it and it tasted odd. It tasted like I was chewing cigarettes. The after taste was also burnt cigarette-like. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m not coming back again.
On the other hand, I think the only saving grace about the meal was the atmosphere. But that can also just be the atmosphere of The Silos.
I’ve had authentic Indian cuisine, it tasted nothing like it. So if you like Indian food, but sweeter and with far less spice, this would be your thing.

I was honestly pretty disappointed. I was craving Indian food after a hike and this was the closest one. I got the Paneer Tikka Masala rice bowl and got very little tikka masala sauce. It was mostly their yogurt sauce, which is good, but was not the rich savory flavor I was hoping to get.
I got the citrus pomegranate drink with my food and that was fantastic! Highly recommend that

First time I ever had Indian food and it was delicious!

Delicious! We love Indian food and this was a fun twist with the same amazing flavors! We tried the Malai Chicken and tikka chicken Phat Roll. We also had the boysenberry lassi. Everything looked delicious! We will be back.
We have visited Indigo several times. The food is always so good. But the service lacks. If the owner happens to be taking the orders the experience is much better. The last few times these younger teens just don’t appear to love what they do. We keep going back because we love the silos and we love indigo but I hope they get some better help soon.
