I pulled up to the drive thru at 155. The young lady was taking the order for the truck ahead of me. When I got to the speaker no one said anything. Finally she said oh we closed. I said the website says 3 am. She says it's almost 2 , we done. And proceeded to shut the lights outside of while I'm stuck behind the truck that's getting food and have to wait!!!!! To not get food

From killer burgers to country fried steak and vegetables, to fried chicken! Good eating and killer service. Treat yourself and get a hand spun shake.
Food was delicious. It was made fresh which made the food even better. The young man sweeping the parking lot was respectful of all the cars and moved as soon as he saw a car and apologized for being in the way. He said hi was very friendly he said it was his first day I think his name was Jordan. The woman at the front counter was a little rude. But the food made up for it and the sweet young man.

I luv Jack n Box. Wish it was as popular here in the south as it is in the West. I know y it isn't.
Didn’t even get my food because it took 7 minutes for them to take my order and then 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru line and I STILL didn’t receive it. I’m not sure if this place is short staffed, or you’re underpaying their employees, but there’s no rhyme or reason why anyone should wait nearly 45 minutes for a $21 order of barely anything. Please do better.

If I could rate this establishment lower, I most definitely would. This was my second time coming here, and each time that I have, the drive-thru staff have a severe attitude. It's almost like they are mad that you are coming to a fast food restaurant, in which they work, to actually order food. It's absolutely ridiculous and sad. The lady that I encountered this morning was unbelievable. I was as nice and respectful as I could be, and even prefaced my order with making her aware of the fact that the order would be large. As I was ordering, she seemed to become more and more frustrated. When she forgot to give me 1 of the orange juices that I just purchased, I politely even offered to purchase a new one if I had to. I was met with an attitude again, which I don't understand because it was her mistake. Then, she comes out to bring me my order, after instructing me to pull up front, all smiles and being nice telling me that she even gave me ketchup and syrup. I knew something was up. Either she spit on our food, dropped it and picked it up, etc... Well, upon arriving home, I found out that they didn't even give me an entire meal that I ordered. Needless to say, I didn't eat so that my son could. Look, I'm a Christian woman, so I wish no ill will on anyone. I am just writing this review to let others know to BEWARE. To the lady that was out-of-order towards me this morning, "Vengeance is mine, thus saith the Lord." I'll let Him deal with you.
