Waited 20 minutes for food. Was the only people in the place. One couple eating when we arrived, man and two kids after. Couple was finished as we ordered and the people behind ordered as the lady was coming up to get a refill. After she stood there for over five minutes with no acknowledgement she left. Others got their order and left and she finally acknowledged me standing there and asked if I needed something. I'm still waiting on my order was my reply so she proceeds to pull it back up on the board and then runs to the back to start the cooking process. Brings it to the counter and just sits the bag down and proceeds to just turn around and walk away. The order was for the dining room, not to go, no apologies, no questions, no anything. When asked for the manager we got attitude from her wanting to know what we wanted her to do.

We ordered Jack in the Box through doordash and when it got here the bun was burnt.

The food is decent, but they were out of several things like milk, smash burgers and ketchup. How can a fast food restaurant be out of ketchup? Not a good experience.

Been here a couple times now and each time the food is luke warm. This time they were also out of about 3 different items, it took them forever to make, and the experience overall was just poor. I'll be avoiding this place in the future.
