Went on march 7th and the place was a dirty mess, my friend's and I walked in and walked out, food all over the floor and cigarette butt's all over the ground out side, looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in months, the glass doors were all grease with hand prints and food, nasty nasty nasty. The health department needs to look into this place. I would not eat anything thing from that place,end up with food poisoning.

First and last time at jack in the box for me. Ordered bacon cheese burger. The bun was excellent. The rest not good. Burger was cold. Bacon was cold. Cheese of course was not melted. Why would it? It needs heat to melt and there was none. The ketchup was a squirt on one quarter of the cold burger. It tasted like it was beyond it's life time.

Everything I wanted was "still frozen" so they wouldn't cook it. I was under the impression it was all frozen & needed to be deep fried. I guess that's how you get out working.

I was very excited to order a variety of my favorite Jack in the Box items, but three times I tried to order something different and they were out of that item. Who knows what else they were out of. If you’re going to be out of that much, the menu needs to indicate that or the restaurant needs to close. Based on other reviews this seems to be a known issue at this restaurant for quite some time so that’s an additional disappointment that this issue continues to go unresolved. Also the customer service was just not there. I think the guy at the window spoke maybe one or two words to me.
