We moved here from Florida recently and because I have serious gluten allergies I need to be very careful where I eat. The New Jersey Mikes I used to go to took great care to prepare my sandwich and avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately after having my sandwich there I had a gluten reaction. This is the biggest reason I gave them a one. If you have gluten allergies, be cautious about going there, unfortunately for me, I will not be going back there anymore.

I have been ordering from the Easley location for a long time, normally in the evenings and closer to the closing time. I want to recognize James, the location manager/assistant manager, and his team. My first encounter with James took place on a night that was the end of a very long day with my children in tow. He was busy accommodating multiple other customers but still had the awareness of my situation and stepped aside to make sure I was taken care of. Leaving all the details aside, James embodies what the world needs more of and he is the kind of person who shows there are still good people out there. I feel his team members fall in line with how he manages and treats customers.

Stop ripping off your customers. I have been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for years and I'm going to stopbecause you stiff your customers, ESPECIALLY those who order online/delivery. If someone is paying $20 for a giant roast beef sub, it shouldn't look like this. I also paid for double cheese which is definitely not on the sandwich.

Edited to add: the area director contacted me right away to apologize and make it right. Also, the shift leader at the store tonight is a lovely young lady who was very helpful and polite. I've updated my scores to reflect.

I always do curbside, and one day last week I waited a little longer than normal, and was getting frustrated until the nicest young man came out and apologized to tell me there was a “crap-ton” of people inside. I could tell he was overwhelmed and very young. The food was great as always, and I hope that young man knows that I also use “crap-ton” to express a large amount of something. 😭 good job kid. You can’t help what you cant help, and being busy as a restaurant isn’t a bad thing.

Your call center order taking is horrible!!!!! Hire someone who speaks decent English and knows your order lingo! Takes for ever to give them an order and they get it wrong!!! Love your subs but this new call center call order is terrible!

I believe her name is Halily I just want to say we just lost our home that we rented on gentry memorial hwy for 14yrs and we were very down & depressed as we should be we just lost everything and money being tight and all Halily listen to what we were going through and my wife crying Halily bought our lunch that heart giving moment touched both my wife and I. I just wanted to say thank you Halily and Jersey Mike's this is a great employee and very caring and we are now always going to give Jersey Mike's our business. By the way it was the best cheese steak I've had in sc since moving here 15 yrs ago I mean it was fabulous. Way to go jersey Mike's. Thank you again Halily. God bless you Andrew & Marianne

Had a very simple order. 2 giant Italians and one half Italian. I told the guy I wanted everything except bacon. The guy made 3 of the messiest subs I’ve ever seen. Globs of mayonnaise. Thank goodness I was standing there watching because I had to remind him on all three sandwiches that I wanted this or that. When my instructions were clear… everything. But he made them one by one instead of doing them all at the same time. The outside of the bread was covered in mayo and oil and vinegar. And I just want to say maybe let him slice the meat or something else. Don’t put someone on set up that doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. Spent $52 so I feel like I should be getting better quality rather than what I got. Very disappointing
